Excellent first courses, spoiled for choice, chitarra with top meatballs😋, ravioli with fresh tomato, basil, ricotta and burrata... to try😋 I ate a 1/2 kg Polish Fassona steak, aged 40 days in beeswax, simply fantastic😋 the pizza is another jewel in the crown of the place, the pizza chef William is top-notch, I recommend the special 2, confit cherry tomatoes, courgette flowers, burrata, ricotta mousse, super anchovies👍 I recommend this place for anyone passing through Teramo.

A real discovery for their courtesy, kindness, and helpfulness. Excellent and beautifully presented food. Definitely recommended. In particular, the ravioli with ricotta and burrata, prepared by them, are a true specialty. Well done!

We went to La Clessidra with our Abruzzese friends Francesca and Davide and their daughters. As soon as we arrived, we were immediately greeted by the owner Gianni, who seated us and brought us drinks. The food was excellent from start to finish. The fried cheese is second to none. Crispy on the outside and delicate on the inside. I loved it! The first courses were amazing, not to mention the second courses. The meat was incredibly tender and was aged by the owner. It is dipped several times in melted beeswax so that it hardens and forms a completely natural casing that not only preserves the meat but also gives it a marinade with a pleasant honey flavor! The waitress was very attentive and kind! OUR FAVORITE PLACE IN TERAMO! Thank you so much!! See you soon!

The waiters are quick and helpful, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. The service and homemade bread are also excellent.
