A pizzeria with good pizza and, in my opinion, delicious pinsa. You can choose which type of pinsa or pizza you prefer. Pinsa is lighter. Coperto 2 euros/person.

Small family-run restaurant located in the center of Catania. I took a friarelli and sausage pizza; dough with a decent flavor and easily digestible with a thick base, a little too greasy for my tastes. The ingredients were also of decent quality. During the week they offer menus with affordable prices.

It was so nice to receive a warm and friendly welcome! The kind lady even gave me a mini lesson about the difference between pizza and pinsa. The pinsa was delicious, perfectly seasoned, and a generous portion. The decor inside is bright and clean - much different to the outside surroundings of the city! Highly recommend stopping by this place for some authentic, delicious offerings!

Locale a conduzione familiare, caratterizzato da gentilezza e disponibilità. Pinse gustose, hamburger e hot dog di qualità. Attenti al dettaglio e alle esigenze dei più piccoli . Consigliatissimo!

Pasta Fresca Pasquini

25/07/2024: The best fresh pasta I have ever tasted, even superior to the Bolognese one! variety of flavors and formats. Very kind staff.
04/06/2024: Pasquini is a guarantee, for years I have been buying the ricotta and spinach pansotti which are the best I have ever eaten, it is the family pasta factory for me, they have recently added the Glovo service and I also ordered and tried their pasta to be informed and I have to To say that the pistachio and mushroom lasagna has not been proven wrong, it is truly a delicacy. Congratulations for everything.

23/09/2024: On 09/16/2024, I celebrated my 18th birthday. 4 years earlier I had seen the villa, passing through that street and I couldn't wish for or get anything better. Love at first sight, with the villa and with the unique staff, all wonderful, Mrs. Mariarosa has a place in my heart, immense kindness, she made me happy in every way, she accepted all my ideas and requests that were appropriate even beyond his work. If this day really went as I always wanted it is thanks to them!! SPECTACULAR food, each dish was a new taste, a new love and a new pleasure for the palate! Everything perfect, attention to detail, from a to z, everything under control, organised, clean. Every time I went to the venue before the event, I never wanted to leave, I always felt welcome as if I were at home. It's been a week and I would like to relive that day again and again forever.Thank you so much again, immensely grateful❤️ Federica Rapicavoli❤️
