Once you have tasted the artisanal chocolate from Cioccolateria Silva you will never be able to go back to eating the pseudo commercial chocolate that is easily found around. Here you will discover the true flavor of chocolate, whether milk, white or in all its shades of dark. Personally, I am a lover of milk chocolate, I don't like dark chocolate, but Silva's dark chocolate is the only one I can eat precisely because it has the real taste of chocolate, with all its fruity, spicy aromas and with the right degree of bitter. The nougats of the dead are excellent, for all tastes, the Easter eggs are excellent, ditto. But the chocolates, in my opinion, are their strong point, since they have great creativity and often offer new and increasingly better ones. The business is small, artisanal, and this is beautiful because you can see the passion of those behind it.
