A very good restaurant in the center of Viterbo, with a wide selection and variety of dishes, from the most typical to the most common. The tables are set inside a former convent, beautiful! The owner is very kind and caters to everyone's needs.

The place is located in the medieval center of the city.
A group of relatives from Veneto vacationed together, as usual, at least once a year.
We found the place by chance while looking for another.
We dined in the covered cloister of a 1,500-year-old former monastery, which was delightful and extremely characteristic.
The owner was exceptionally friendly, the food excellent, and the prices were in line with those of other Viterbo restaurants. We usually travel together or as a couple. We think the place is truly worth a visit.

It's a very characteristic place right in the center. We ate outside in the cloister of a former convent, but we also visited the medieval part (indoors), a former knight's house. It's called La Chimera because artifacts (including plates and jugs) with a chimera painted on them were found.
We ate excellent meat and flavorful roast potatoes with their skins on. The people who served us were super friendly! Excellent value.

Located in the heart of Viterbo, this unique restaurant is housed in historic stone and wood structures. The menu offers a choice of meat, fish, and pizza. Prices are average for other restaurants in Viterbo.
The cold cuts appetizer was delicious and plentiful. I was expecting a stronger flavor for the pizza, but it was still good.
I'll definitely be back to try the pasta and meat.
The peaches in syrup with mascarpone are special.

A beautiful restaurant in the center of Viterbo. In summer, you can dine outside in the cloister opposite. The food is all delicious and high-quality. Our favorite is the green pepper steak.

Abbiamo trovato questo posto online, e guardando tra i vari ristoranti questo ci era sembrato quello più interessante, anche se guardando le recensione e il locale molto scuro abbiamo deciso di provarlo lo stesso. E vi dirò non abbiamo fatto male, perché quando siamo entrati ci hanno accolti e accompagnati ad un’altra sala all’aperto dove si stava freschi e sopratutto c’era luce.. (allego foto) comincio nel dire che le bruschette al pomodoro erano Molto buone, quasi ai scioglievano in bocca.. e anche i primi belli abbondanti che vi dirò se vi fate un antipasto prima del primo sono anche troppo abbondanti, personale gentile. Ci tornerei, lo consiglio
Non capisco le recensioni negative, per quanto ogni gusto o esperienza sia diverso, noi eravamo a Viterbo per un fine settimana di piacere ed abbiamo prenotato. Il locale è molto carino, rispettando lo stile medievale del centro storico. Facilmente raggiungibile, in quanto è indicato almeno tre volte. I camerieri sono sorridenti e cordiali. Abbiamo preso un antipasto di terra diviso in due, molto abbondante, fettuccine ai funghi porcini, braciola di maiale e un tiramisù. Tutto buono, la carne davvero tenera ed il prezzo onesto.
