Excellent piadina, I recommend it

I was on my way home, not really feeling like cooking, I see "La piadeneria" and decide to indulge. I go in, clean environment, two saleswomen in the back busy with orders. One arrives immediately, welcomes me, answers a couple of questions and lets me order. I wait about 15 minutes, not much considering the amount of work I saw while I was waiting, and I'm back in the queue with my nice hot piadina. Good piadina, excellent staff, recommended!

Very spacious place, the quality of the piadinas is very high as in all the restaurants of the chain!

I have been certain that when you choose to reinforce some ingredients, you almost never put the quantity that should be put in... except once when there was a gentleman who worked in production who made the piadina as Christ commands... all the others seem to be there just to pass the time... also very disorganized... sometimes they forget to prepare some things... I only give 3 stars because my daughter likes it a little anyway... otherwise I would have given 2

Like all the restaurants in the chain, this one is quite similar to the others. In this one, however, in addition to the piadinas, it is possible to order some very good frozen yogurts

We had a quick lunch on Saturday. Quite calm environment perhaps precisely because the university is closed on weekends and quite clean. We didn't have any integration with the staff because we placed the order using Touch Easy Order and therefore the experience was aseptic and cold, the only smile I received was when I went to the counter to collect the order, on the way out there wasn't even a "thank you" or a "goodbye". On the other hand, my Papripollo rolled piadina was very good, you could feel the crunchiness of the freshly cooked piadina, the chicken paprika and the yogurt cream, and I could easily replace the arugula with avocado. The only 2 negative notes: the mozzarella which remains very doughy, bordering on annoying (next time I will omit it) and the very thin and dry fries.

I expected more... Anyway the piadina is good
