Incredible, 100% plant-based food, expertly crafted and presented. The service is informal and friendly, making you feel at ease. Reasonable prices considering the carefully selected ingredients and the complexity of the dishes. We loved Bob Sinclair's shavings in the bathroom, as well as the "Breakfast Savory," a must-try. For those who want to sample truly authentic vegan cuisine, this is the perfect place.

Must try! Attentive and friendly service, delicious dishes with excellent plating and quality ingredients. The seitan in the vegan caciucco is delicious, and the tiramisu is amazing!

The more I go back, the more I'm convinced that this is the best vegan restaurant in all of Tuscany. The quality of the dishes is top-notch, and the value is excellent. Never a disappointment, highly recommended ❤️

Un posto delizioso! Abbiamo fatto una cena in 9 amiche, ci hanno dato una stanza bellissima tutta per noi con l’aria condizionata e arredata in modo elegante. Il personale è gentile e sorridente e i piatti sono tutti molto molto buoni e hanno una presentazione stupenda. Consigliatissimo anche se non siete vegetariani o vegani come non lo sono io. Si mangia davvero bene! Prezzi onestissimi.

24/07/2025: Piombino is worth a visit not only for its beautiful seaside town, but also to visit Simone and Fabio at La Taverna. Their cuisine is always innovative and the fish is incredibly fresh.
