Delicious and very good. There was a problem with one dish, through no fault of their own, but it was handled with elegance. It's a shame some of the diners decided to smoke in a place that's closed in 2026, but this is Italy, and mental health issues are a source of pride.

Very good, high-quality dishes, beautifully plated and seasonal. I didn't like the fact that the dishes tended to replicate traditional dishes and flavors in a vegan way. Excellent drinks with many organic options. Excellent, welcoming and friendly service. A meat restaurant decorated in a naturalistic vegan style. Unfortunately, the space on the first floor is a bit cramped, accessed by narrow stairs. I didn't like the exposed warehouse. However, if you want to eat vegan in Livorno, I recommend it.

It's a shame you're so far away!!! We came on Epiphany Sunday and Tuesday. As always, a guaranteed treat. A triumph of flavors, colors, health, kindness, and love for your work. I hope to return in the spring!! Thanks Giulio and Nicola.

Delicate, small, welcoming, and clean: a meticulously curated restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere, making the search for dishes a special experience. The menu is varied, rich, and delicious. A true opportunity to sample various specialties, including the exquisite seitan, which the chef reworks seasonally. The carrot and chocolate cake, the Lingotto, and the tiramisu are excellent! Extremely satisfied, I recommend it as the best vegan restaurant in Livorno, and even better than many other omnivorous establishments. New menu, new dishes, everything truly delicious! UPDATE 12/26/25: A superb lunch with vegan ingredients: the autumn menu offers a variety of flavors, while maintaining some key ingredients. I love seitan, in all its many ways. I can easily say it's my favorite dish. BUT this time, each of the options enchanted and satisfied me. My friend was amazed and delighted by the attention paid to her intolerances. Warm welcome from the wonderful waitress, who gave us perfect advice.

We were there this weekend with our dog – great service – small menu with absolutely fantastic dishes – very tasty – the ambiance is absolutely fantastic – we thoroughly enjoyed it.

We decided to try this restaurant because we were intrigued by the menu. None of us are vegan, but we were truly amazed. Congratulations both for the quality of the products and for the way you prepare them: it's been a while since we've eaten so well! The atmosphere is really nice and the service is very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

I wish I could give it ten stars because I can assure you that, months after my visit, I still dream about the food I ate that day! As an omnivore, I can safely say I could eat like this until the end of my days without missing meat. The staff was kind, helpful, and polite! The prices were super fair.

We stumbled upon it by chance. My partner is vegetarian and I'm celiac, so not the perfect match for restaurateurs. Instead, they had an excellent selection of products (made by them) and of excellent quality. All the dishes were explained to us, and everything was really good. The prices were perhaps even low compared to the quality. Highly recommended.

An interesting discovery in the heart of Livorno. A small place on the first floor; someone needs to welcome you, or a sign would be helpful. Very good food, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Very positive.

Everything was perfect and worth a try! A wonderful surprise, my first time dining at a vegan restaurant. My compliments, truly. The combinations were unusual and carefully chosen.
