Congratulations, everything is spectacular

Facile da raggiungere con ampio parcheggio interno, struttura un po’ datata ma pulita ed in ordine. All’ingresso una bella vetrina tipo macelleria coi prodotti. Il menù offre solamente carne alla brace, antipasti sempre di carne, contorni e dolci. Diversi tagli di manzo di provenienze esotiche; Sudamerica, Irlanda, ottimi e cucinati a regolata d’arte. Anche il vino sfuso della casa è buono. Ottimi i dolci fatti in casa. Non ci sono primi, almeno quando sono stati a pranzo, ma la carne è veramente buona e non fa rimpiangere la pasta.

Dopo un sopralluogo a Forlimpopoli, decidiamo di andare a visitare San Marino La Cascina del Gaucho ti appare come un miraggio dopo tanta strada e ti invita a tuffarti dentro, del resto è ora di pranzo La Signora è molto attenta e cortese e ci facciamo portare un tagliere, La Tavolozza del Contadino con salumi e formaggi di Pienza, gradevoli i salumi, scarna la scelta dei formaggi Optiamo per una grigliata x 2 e chiediamo dei contorni dove non ci sia aglio, verdure ripassate e patate al forno Vino della casa, abbastanza gradevole ed assaggiamo il pane e la focaccia tipo barese con i pomodorini La grigliata è ben cotta i tagli assortiti, un paio di salsicce ed infine 2 spiedini Cantuccini e vin santo e via andare a San Marino avvolto dalla nebbia
