The restaurant is very well-organized, and the servers and owner are very friendly.
The sausage and mushroom fillets are a real gem.
The delicious food and the reasonable bill made us want to go back 😁
We paid only around €100 for two pasta dishes as starters, three meat dishes, and two desserts, plus wine and coffee.

Wonderful restaurant serving typical local cuisine. All the dishes we ordered for dinner were very good and plentiful: we had the "casareccia" appetizer, which was very rich and filling; the homemade fileja (typical local pasta) was delicious, with a wide selection of toppings.
Good prices.

I was at the wine festival, and we ate a rich and incredible appetizer for two... and the fileja... moving! I'll definitely be back because it's one of the best places I've been. It's not a touristy, money-grabbing place at all; the food is divine. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat well without getting ripped off.

A very welcoming and well-kept place, with very kind and friendly waiters, but the highlight is the food. The food is excellent; we had the Franco appetizer and four different Fileja dishes... simply moving. Highly recommended and not to be missed if you're in Tropea. Don't waste your time eating in the center; here you'll taste authentic Calabrian cuisine.

We had dinner at Da Franco a Battirò, a truly welcoming family-run restaurant.
The outdoor terrace is tastefully furnished and meticulously maintained, perfect for a quiet and relaxing dinner.
We shared the house antipasto, a rich and varied selection, and then sampled the local pasta, fileja al pomodoro: simple but incredibly flavorful and well-made.
The prices are truly competitive, especially considering the quality and atmosphere. Dining outside of Tropea allows you to enjoy authentic local dishes without spending too much.
A genuine experience, recommended for those seeking local cuisine in a family-friendly atmosphere.
