La casa del fresco In Striano

Siamo stati con amici in questo ristorante. Che dire .. qualità eccezionale del pesce, le cruditè abbondanti e varie. Ottimo il primo con scialatielli ai frutti di mare e tarallo sbriciolato e per finire un trionfo di frittura di pesce. Croccante e asciutta, per nulla pesante e che esaltava le materie prime! Da provare. Noi ci torneremo!

A flavor that I had never tried in a restaurant, the same flavors of my home.... Lots of memories came back to me.
