We were visiting the nearby historic abbey and wanted lunch without going back to Lecce. Google to the rescue. We literally drove through two other beach villages finding nothing open, yes it's October but still. Third time is a charm. La Casa Blanca is a classic beach seafood joint. Open air, sea breeze, good seafood and helpful staff. Enjoyed the seafood salad and fried calamari very much. Wife enjoyed marinated anchovies. Washed down with a nice rose wine. Afterwards we took a turn on the beach to enjoy a cool but sunny day.

Small, unpretentious restaurant with a varied selection of ultra-fresh seafood. Generous portions. Friendly, cheerful service. Highly recommended.

We loved everything about this place. Giaani was so kind and treated us with care and respect. The food was very tasty, especially the fried Octopus, fresh Oysters, and Octopus in Pignata. We would love to visit again!

A lovely restaurant with beautiful decor near the sea. The food was excellent, but there were so many mosquitoes that we almost had to leave.

The setting was simple and welcoming, as was the staff. The portions were very good and plentiful, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. The overall experience made us feel right at home and enjoyed a delicious lunch.

31/07/2025: This is our third consecutive year of coming for 10 days, and it's always a sure thing for my family! Excellent food and competitive prices. Clean rooms, always friendly staff, and very enjoyable evening entertainment! Highly recommended!!!
30/07/2025: My husband and I stayed for two weeks from July 13th to 27th and also took advantage of the beach service at the "La Pineta" lido. It was a relaxing stay with all the welcoming staff. Thanks to Massimo, the restaurant's maître d', and to Ettore, the person who took care of transporting hotel guests to the two partner beaches. Of course, the sea was spotless. Anna and Alessandro

02/06/2025: Ci siamo trovati veramente bene da origano..Tutto perfetto, servizio impeccabile e tutti molto educati, qualità altissima del cibo..non mangiavo degli spaghetti così buoni da tanto tempo (cozze affumicate e pomodori confit) con una cottura perfetta della pasta ed un equilibrio fantastico con il condimento..Ottimo anche il pollo ed il dolce con meringa ricotta e fragole..Per quanto riguarda i vini, beh siamo tra le vigne e la qualità si vede ma soprattutto si beve!Complimenti!
15/03/2025: Esperienza davvero positiva nella nuova sede di questa famosa cantina immersa nel Salento verace. Continuità ed eleganza sono la base delle cantine Menhir, dove il menu è la particolarità dei piatti la fanno da padrone. Bravissimi, continuate cosi
