Today we left Abruzzo to try this restaurant.
Recommended by friends.
I have to say, the food is truly delicious. Spaghetti with clams and pistachios is monstrous. I didn't order a second course out of embarrassment and because I had ordered the rest of the appetizer, which was top notch.
Excellent, friendly, and above all, very fast service.
Excellent value for money. I'll definitely be back. It's worth traveling a few miles to eat this well. Thanks to the owner and staff for their hospitality.

Just finished some excellent spaghetti with sea urchins and especially spaghetti with clams and pistachios, absolutely special.
The only flaw was the pasta was a little too al dente, but that's a matter of taste.

The best in Santa Severa, hands down. Excellent appetizers, first courses, and seafood-based main courses. The spaghetti with clams and pistachios is unbeatable—a pure delight. The mussels, fresh fish, raw/hot appetizers, and the crisp, sparkling house white wine are all delicious. The service is always attentive, friendly, and fast. It even holds its own against the best in Civitavecchia. It's no coincidence that it's almost always packed. I recommend booking.

Excellent seafood restaurant in Santa Severa. The spaghetti with clams and pistachios is a must-try: spectacular. The appetizers are good. The only downside is the location: unfortunately, it's not on the sea,
it's on an internal road. It's not cheap, but the quality is good.
