We went to visit the castle of Santa Severa; looking for a place to eat, we found ourselves outside La Carretta, and suddenly our day took a fantastic turn. As soon as we entered, the place was full but a very kind waitress sat us down even though we hadn't booked. Courtesy and kindness are two elements that distinguish the place. The food is really fresh and delicious... The octopus with potatoes is superb..... From appetizer to dessert, everything is truly impeccable... Highly recommended and we will definitely return.

Siamo tornati dopo svariati anni e abbiamo avuto una ottima accoglienza. Lorenzo, il ragazzo in sala, molto professionale e preparato, ci ha suggerito un gustoso antipasto misto con caldi e freddi molto appetitosi ( polpo alla cacciatora top) . Abbiamo proseguito con un classico spaghetto alle vongole ed una grigliata mista. Tutto veramente buono con un servizio fresco e gentile. Bravi!

Very nice, discovered by chance... we ate very good fresh fish in well-prepared dishes and generous portions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Well done

Di ritorno dal castello si santa Severa ci siamo ritrovati fuori a La Carretta e nonostante non avessimo prenotato, siamo stati gentilmente accolti e accompagnati al tavolo. Molto cortesi e disponibile il personale in sala. Dall'antipasto al dolce, tutto impeccabile e squisito.... Il polpo con patate eccellente! Posto consigliatissimo e noi sicuramente ci torneremo.

In a welcoming and familiar location you will find very fresh fish displayed at the entrance to the restaurant sea breams sea bass etc. the cuisine is delicious fresh fish appetizer spaghetti with clams and pistachio cream creamy grilled and fried fish worthy of the situation ... excellent homemade desserts .... if you have any requests or doubts please contact the restaurant manager Alessio who with kindness and professionalism will be able to please you in everything ... I highly recommend

Very distinguished place, ravioli with calamari and artichokes and maltagliati with redfish and pecorino cheese, truly formidable with friendly staff and waiters, variable menu, we will be back soon
