The best in Santa Severa, hands down. Excellent appetizers, first courses, and seafood-based main courses. The spaghetti with clams and pistachios is unbeatable—a pure delight. The mussels, fresh fish, raw/hot appetizers, and the crisp, sparkling house white wine are all delicious. The service is always attentive, friendly, and fast. It even holds its own against the best in Civitavecchia. It's no coincidence that it's almost always packed. I recommend booking.

Excellent seafood restaurant in Santa Severa. The spaghetti with clams and pistachios is a must-try: spectacular. The appetizers are good. The only downside is the location: unfortunately, it's not on the sea,
it's on an internal road. It's not cheap, but the quality is good.

I come to La Carretta often and always find a family atmosphere, excellent food, and attentive service. Yesterday I tried the maltagliati with scorpion fish and pecorino cheese. Excellent. Recommended.

An impromptu lunch on a somewhat cloudy summer day, but we had a wonderful time. Everything we ate, from appetizers to first courses and desserts, was excellent, including the service and courtesy of the owner and the staff. Truly, congratulations!!!

Siamo tornati dopo svariati anni e abbiamo avuto una ottima accoglienza. Lorenzo, il ragazzo in sala, molto professionale e preparato, ci ha suggerito un gustoso antipasto misto con caldi e freddi molto appetitosi ( polpo alla cacciatora top) . Abbiamo proseguito con un classico spaghetto alle vongole ed una grigliata mista. Tutto veramente buono con un servizio fresco e gentile. Bravi!

Di ritorno dal castello si santa Severa ci siamo ritrovati fuori a La Carretta e nonostante non avessimo prenotato, siamo stati gentilmente accolti e accompagnati al tavolo. Molto cortesi e disponibile il personale in sala. Dall'antipasto al dolce, tutto impeccabile e squisito.... Il polpo con patate eccellente! Posto consigliatissimo e noi sicuramente ci torneremo.
