Excellent Roman-style carbonara and artichokes. I recommend the carbonara with fettuccine. The fettuccine with fresh porcini mushrooms is excellent. The supplies are also good.

Everything was excellent from starters to desserts! If you don't call first, you risk not finding the place like what happened to me on Sunday when I remembered at the last minute to call 🥺🥺🥺🥺 I will definitely go back and also try their pizza

If you want to rediscover real flavors and eat traditional dishes you have to go there!!! No frills but fast service in a dated environment but it fades into the background when you eat one of the best carbonaras in Rome. One suggestion maybe 2 more strands of pasta wouldn't hurt....

Everything was excellent apart from the slightly high prices for a tavern in a sports club... the San Giuseppe cream puffs at 6 euros each!!... Not even from Igino Massari...

Location sita all'interno di un circolo sportivo, dall'ambiente rustico e familiare. Tutti i primi piatti, oltre alla famosa carbonara, sono eccellenti. Buona anche la proposta di carni, pizze e specialità romane. Discreto il vino della casa, sia bianco che rosso. Servizio cortese e simpatico. Prezzi decisamente alti rispetto alla media, anche in considerazione del contesto.

Real Roman Osteria with typical dishes. Excellent quality, delicious artichokes, unsurpassed grandmother's cake and what about the Carbonara...SUPER! Impeccable service, we will definitely return to try other dishes.

Quando ho voglia di un piatto gustoso e ben fatto vado volentieri alla Carbonara d’oro dove posso sedermi in un ambiente familiare, servito da persone alla mano ma sempre cortesi e mangiare con piacere le specialità della tradizione romana

20/11/2024: Small quiet restaurant with amazing food.
09/08/2024: We went to this restaurant with the intention of eating good Roman cuisine and we were very satisfied: the cacio e pepe and the amatriciana were excellent, the artichokes and tripe were delicious. We drank a good bottle of white at a modest price. The environment is characteristic of Roman trattorias, the space is limited but it is still quite comfortable. The only surprise: they didn't accept debit or credit cards but only cash. I would still happily go back!
