La Carbonara super is a restaurant of pure Roman tradition, without contamination or ambitions of gastronomic experimentation. Therefore to be recommended to those who want to appreciate the true and genuine cuisine of the Capital; Personally, the chef's treats that I appreciated the most were the artichokes and the ricotta and sour cherry tart, simply extraordinary...

If you are looking for a refined place, with refined cuisine and impeccable service, you will find plenty of places for you, but if you want to taste everything well, from appetizers to desserts, passing through the side dishes without talking about first and second courses (pizza has not yet I tried it but they told me it was good too), being served with hospitality and friendliness at any time and paying a correct bill (even if sometimes the POS doesn't work but oh well), it's the perfect place. The only flaw is that in the evening there is a disco next door which plays terrible music and can be heard in the room.

Trattoria inside a sports center and that's why we happened upon it this evening and we were rewarded for the victory on the field also with a goal-worthy dinner. Tonnarelli cheese and pepper, carbonara performance in line with the best Roman tradition. Best player: Baked lamb with potatoes for softness, great quality also for breaded slices and Roman saltimbocca. Ovation to used oil. Roman artichokes, peppers and chicory deserve a special mention.

Good food and friendly service. A little old place. There is plenty of space in the car park outside the premises.

you eat well and spend the right amount

I have come here several times and the experience is always super positive! Every dish on their menu deserves to be tasted at least once. Starting from the supplì, well fried and not greasy, the excellent quality boiled meatballs (the only flaw is the price, 12 euros for two large meatballs) as well as the meatballs with sauce, better than grandma's! Moving on to the piece de resistance, their carbonara is wonderful: the perfect cream and so are the pasta and bacon. Perhaps a more abundant quantity would be appreciated, but in general it is full. Even the desserts, which change depending on the day, are really tasty: from the ricotta and sour cherry cake, delicious, to the tiramisu (not exceptional), but also the grandmother's cake and the mascarpone and chocolate cake, very good. The low and honest price. The place is spartan but clean, but the staff is a little too hasty.
