The location is very nice, it really feels like being inside a real caravel, there's even a rudder!!
The portions are fair, but the cacciucco is really very filling and can be eaten well by two. Furthermore, with the cacciucco, they provide a paper bib to avoid getting dirty, which is much appreciated.
Small flaw: the waitress doesn't know much about the wine list.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante così ad istinto.
Abbiamo poi scoperto che aveva partecipato alla trasmissione di Borghese dove il loro Caciucco era risultato il migliore.
Direi che la cosa è stata confermata quella sera dai commensali dei tavoli vicini.
Noi invece abbiamo mangiato due antipasti e due secondi.
Bottiglia di vino e acqua e siamo usciti stra pieni e contenti.
Ottima qualità.
Ambiente che ricorda una barca con affaccio diretto sul porto.
Luminoso e accogliente.
Tutto il personale stra gentile e professionale sotto la supervisione dei proprietari.
Siamo stati davvero bene.

One of the historic restaurants of Porto Azzurro. Personally I always remember it as having excellent quality, a very pleasant environment, it is not and does not want to be a cheap place, the quality, the service and the experience in catering, it is right that you pay for it. In short, not to go there every day (if you can afford it, why not?) , but it is worth a visit when you pass through Porto Azzurro and want to be on the safe side.
Ultimately, for what it offers, compared to many new proposals often managed by somewhat improvised restaurateurs, it is not even expensive. The experience is there and it shows, both in the dining room and in the kitchen and in the management of the restaurant.

A real discovery! I ate very well at this fish restaurant. The starter was fresh and tasty, but it was with the first course that they outdid themselves: the spaghetti with seafood was simply perfect, full of authentic and well-balanced flavours. The restaurant's special dish, 'L'Ammiraglia', proved to be a particular and truly tasty choice, a real treat for those who love to experiment. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Definitely a place I will gladly return to.

Very friendly staff! Good selection of food and drinks. We had squid in spicy sauce - highly recommended! Good wine with it and a very good price/performance ratio with a great view!

Alltid en fornøyelse å spise på La Caravella, nydelig beliggenhet, fantastisk service, herlige eiere og den beste maten! Sjømaten er i særklasse og menyen er stor og variert. Topp opplevelse også for vegetarianere.
La Caravella er et must hver gang vi kommer til Porto Azzurro med familie og venner og virkelig noe vi anbefaler!
