I was there today and I have to respond to those who said that they don't know how to make carbonara, today I tasted the cured meats, carbonara, cheese and pepper, and my matriciana dish was the end of the world, I won't tell you how they treated us despite the fact that it was mid-August, both the service and the price, I'll even tell you the price without listing the details, 4 bottles of wine, water, I lost count, platter for 4 plus two normal ones, 6 first courses plus two slices, side dishes, bitters, plus tip , after another 4 bitters offered by Mr Paolo, a very good person to hand, total 270 euros including 15 euro tip, I will definitely return, I wrote this to respond to those who make negative comments, learn how to eat. Fraschetta in Castel Gandolfo... always full every time I pass through these parts... the price is adequate... the food is good... even the porchetta... you can find a bit of everything... recommended

I was for dinner on a Monday and although the place was full, the service and friendliness were never lacking as was the quality of the food. The meat is highly recommended for the many choices and the quality and the carbonara, which I must say is one of the best in all of Lazio. Kudos to chef Angelo and waiter Cristian for making me relax on my day off.

The strong point is certainly the meat, rich and of different cuts, but the first courses (best carbonara ever eaten) and the second courses of the kitchen are absolutely no exception.
