Quiet, well-kept and characteristic environment. Immersed in the green hills, it offers a very pleasant experience and the staff contributes to a familiar and attentive atmosphere.

The place is very simple and therefore typically Tuscan tavern: beautiful, panoramic and fresh. The staff is very young but very courteous and attentive to everyone's needs. The menu includes few but very good dishes, all artfully prepared. Would I go back? Definitely YES. Recommended for those who prefer authenticity and quality.

I had lunch and dinner in this typical Tuscan tavern and I found the food really excellent and of quality. The service, despite the fact that they are all very young guys, was very friendly and attentive. The Florentine steak is one of the best if not the best I have ever eaten so far. The menu is limited but personally I prefer a few things but done well and there they do them properly. Compliments to all the staff!

Excellent historic restaurant, with a characteristic location, panoramic view and simple, tasty and genuine food. Grilled meats and traditional local first courses.

Sunday lunch, excellent service, fast and impeccable, we had a trio of first courses, all 3 are definitely worth trying: Pappardelle with wild boar sauce Rice with mushrooms Casareccie Then the mixed roast, all very good!

Storico ristorante aretino rinomato per la carne e il loro ottimo digestivo alle erbe: ci sono tornato dopo tanti anni e le aspettative a riguardo sono state soddisfatte 👌, ma voglio anche elogiare pure i dolci e i primi (sugli scudi il risotto ai funghi preso dalla mia compagna 😋). Prezzi nella media, personale estremamente gentile; sicuramente consigliato!!!

I entered this splendid place for the first time tonight, I immediately found a very welcoming, nice, warm environment. The food is really great, in particular I appreciated the risotto with mushroom ragout which was out of this world, the grilled meat and the trifle! The homemade amaro should also be tried! Really recommended!!!❤️

Ottimo posto con ciccia alla brace !! Polenta al sugo e pappardelle al cinghiale da provare. Cucina casareccia, ottimo prezzo!! Dall'osteria si vede uno splendido panorama. Ritornerò 😜

27/06/2025: We were a big group and the service and hospitality was very warm but a bit slow - probably to be expected, but we were in no hurry. The children in the group loved having a playground around the corner. I recommend parking in the lot next to that, and setting google maps directions for that parking lot rather than the restaurant itself. We shared antipasti with many wonderful bites - I especially recommend the fried bread with cream cheese filling and prosciutto wrap. The lamb chops were delicious and veal bites with bacon and mushrooms very flavourful although I was not expecting it to be in a sauce - a bit like a goulash. The tiramisu was excellent.

20/06/2025: Excellent and welcoming restaurant of typical Tuscan cuisine, known and always appreciated since childhood. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to spend a lunch or dinner in a pleasant rural environment, with excellent genuine food
07/06/2025: This is the restaurant you must not miss if you are in this area. I was there around 8pm. It became a full house after that! The food quality was great! I heard that the food is handmade and the ingredients are locally produced. This restaurant was founded by the grandmother who is currently >90years old. Her recipes are very authentic and traditional! 👍👍👍
