Nice place, excellent for fish food 👍🤗 but not for pizzas 🥴 even if the oven is wood-fired, kind and helpful staff, good prices, good cleanliness

The restaurant in the hotel was recommended to us. The ambience was very nice. Unfortunately, nothing went according to plan when it came to operation. First we were served wine, which was intended for another table, then we were served the wrong meat, which was intended for the guests next door. What was particularly annoying was that the meat was put out and the side dishes only came tens of minutes later, meaning the meat was already cold. My companion had only received his food a few minutes after me. Cheese was provided for the raviolli, which was sprinkled on top by the waitress and then taken away again, which made it seem like you weren't allowed to take as much as you wanted. But the food itself was very tasty.

02/01/2025: Excellent place for breakfast with its croissants to be filled in various ways, Excellent aperitif both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, winter platter less rich than the summer one but still valid with the aperitif compared to the classic peanuts and chips that others offer at the same price .....busy staff but always kind and respectful with their customers, even with the less polite ones and disrespectful of other people's activities...I recommend 2 words with the owner who is always friendly, light and available of those who respect his activity.
18/12/2024: Lunch time. We decide to have an aperitif in this bar. While we drink what we ordered (service ok, everything arrived very quickly) the owner intervenes between us and orders us not to consume the fish cones ordered from the nearby fish shop, which still have to be picked up. So, dear ladies, next time try not to listen to other people's speeches and above all not to give warnings to your customers who are not doing anything wrong. We are not stupid and we would never have come to eat the fish we bought elsewhere in his bar.

14/11/2024: I really liked this local cafe at a lovely square. Despite the language barrier we communicated with ease. Definitely a place to return to!
02/09/2024: Una volta scoperto, ed è facile farlo perché affaccia sulla piazza più bella di Noli, il Bar Trattoria Splendor e’ uno di quei luoghi magici che non si lasciano più. Tutto lo staff e’ fatto di persone meravigliose e preparate, le colazioni , il pranzo, gli apertivi sono una benedizione per il palato, con una menzione speciale alla focaccia di Fabio , davvero unica e di una prelibatezza tale! Nutrimento per lo stomaco, ma anche per l’anima, perché il locale è punto bookcrossing e al suo interno troverete una grande scelta di romanzi … e molto spesso , seduti al tavolino a degustare squisitezze incontrerete anche gli autori!
