29/08/2024: Lovely room, cleaned every day, staff is very friendly and helpful! The location is also very good, it’s in the old town and there’s always things happening. Very safe hotel and location! Would highly recommend Only problem was the door knob would come off at times if it was turned the wrong way, and the door was kind of hard to open until we got the hang of it!

A heartfelt thank you to the director, always present and available, who with his professionalism manages to guarantee impeccable organization and a warm welcome. It is clear that care and attention to the customer are at the center of everything. Particular praise also goes to the cleaning service: the rooms and common areas were always perfectly tidy and sanitized, with an attention to detail that is rarely found. The hospitality was excellent, all the staff were kind and helpful, ready to respond to every request with a smile and great efficiency. This made our stay extremely pleasant and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable experience in the heart of Naples. Congratulations to the whole team!
