Very nice restaurant, nice staff. Dogs allowed. Pizza price starts from 13 euros, extra charge for gluten-free flour is 5 euros. The price of beer is 7 euros, a glass of wine is 6 euros. The pizza is very good. For dessert we ordered tiramisu - I didn’t like it, just whipped cream with savoiardi cookies, without even the smell of coffee and rum. But this is a matter of taste.

Typical place, carved into the rock, genuine and refined food, SUPER welcoming staff, music and dancing throughout the evening. Right quality and price ratio.

The food was truly excellent, it had a very good impact and the various dishes I tasted were excellent. Porchetta cooked well, not stringy, polenta, Luganega cheese, in short, everything was really good. The only small flaw is that the house red wine is not excellent and served cold (personally I can't feel the real taste of the wine when it's cold).
On the service they are impeccable, kind and attentive.
Beautiful place, the room overlooks a rocky wall where the construction of the place has crept in. Really very beautiful.

Excellent place, very friendly and helpful staff, it was a busy evening, everything was booked but with a wait of less than 5 minutes they prepared a table for us..

I ate the nettle meatballs on a bed of potato mayonnaise and they were good. Fortunately, there isn't much mayonnaise made with potatoes because I'm not a fan but it was fine.
The risotto with Teroldego Rotaliano (local red wine) is not bad.
The main dish is the Brescian spit, 5 pieces of different meats skewered on a sword and served with potatoes, polenta and red cabbage
Few options for vegetarians but you can fall back on pizza, yes because it is also a pizzeria and pub.
Part of the venue is set in the rock of the mountain. Unusual.
I also saw the reuse of some kitchen tools, the upper part of an old moka used as a sugar sachet holder or an old aluminum pot adapted as a sink in the bathroom. Well done.

Ho mangiato le polpette di ortica sul letto di maionese di patate e sono buone. La maionese fatta con le patate ce ne poca per fortuna perché non sono un'amante ma ci stava bene.
Il risotto al teroldego rotaliano (vino rosso della zona) non è male.
Va forte lo spiedo alla bresciana, 5 pezzi di carni diverse infilzati in uno spadone e serviti con patate, polenta e cavolo rosso
Oltre che ristorante, sono anche pizzeria e birrerie.
La zona del ristorante/pizzeria è incastonata nella roccia della montagna. Insolito.
Ho visto anche un riuso di alcuni attrezzi da cucina, la parte superiore di una vecchia moka usata come porta bustine di zucchero oppure una vecchia pentola di alluminio adattata come lavabo in bagno. Bravi.

Lo staff giovanile e preparato, fa sentire a proprio agio la clientela, cibo ottimo e vini non da meno! Suggestiva la parete in roccia nella sala ristorante , serata piacevolissima con la festa anni 90 accompagnata da DJ. Se come noi amate degustare più di un calice, comodo anche il pernottamento! Bravi. Torneremo a trovarvi!
