We were out very early and wanted to rest for a bit, and there was the bar. Very friendly staff, great service, and they even spoke English. The coffee and croissants were very good. Like almost everywhere in Italy, the price was very reasonable. 👍👍👍👍👍

Small restaurant/wine shop in the center of Bolgheri....nice and welcoming. Typical dishes of the area and a large platter for 2 delicious people: excellent cured meats... a very fresh burrata and toasted crunchy bread croutons. Wine with 10e praise. Price is not cheap but we know that it is a bit like that here for the very touristy and niche area.

25 April 2025 beautiful day Bolgheri packed we booked at the Bolgheri wine cellar, beautiful inn with adjoining wine shop, excellent wine and wonderful food, an explosion of taste and smell and a joy for our taste buds, kind and competent staff, prices within the norm, to be returned

In Caletta Caffè Bistrot

13/07/2025: Their strong point is undoubtedly the raw materials, excellent fish and excellent presentation of the dishes. You have to get past the main aspect of a roadside bar, the place is clean and the husband and wife owners are the driving force of the bistro! ... If I have to find a flaw, it is a little too much garlic in the pan (which I like, but maybe not for everyone) and the lemon perhaps covered a little too much the first course with the catch of the day. Super compliments!!! 👍
07/07/2025: If you come in for lunch you probably can find an open table, for dinner you should consider booking. We had lunch 2 adults and 2 kids, no children's menu but the chef was nice enough and made a smaller portion for our youngest. Very friendly staff and if you speak some Italian as a tourist I think they appreciate that a little bit extra. There was no problem speaking English.

09/06/2025: Wonderful, original pastry shop with a variety of sweet and savory treats. Incredibly friendly owners from different generations. Great café – delicious pastries – 100% Italian, just as you imagine it. You'll want to come here every day :-)
