Nice place, the food isn't anything special, but the pizza is good if you like it crispy.
The staff are efficient and helpful, but the kitchen is slow (especially the pizzeria), especially if you go on a Saturday night.
Prices are in line with the product offered.
Since they can't keep up with demand on Saturdays, next time we'll go somewhere better equipped, especially since we waited an hour and a half (we arrived at 8:30 and the pizza arrived at 10).

The food is incredibly delicious; you definitely have to try the desserts! The fish and meat are also perfect. The atmosphere is cozy, the service is super friendly, prompt, and fulfills all special requests. They also speak good English.

The staff was very welcoming and professional, and the food was truly good. When I return to Andrè Aghini's Tenuta Ai 4 Venti, I'll definitely be back to eat at this pizzeria and restaurant more than once. Congratulations! 👏👏👏👏

I've dined here three times, always for pizza, because it's close to home. This review, however, limits this to just that aspect; I can't speak for itself as a restaurant. La Cantinetta dei Medici is a simple, family-run place with attentive and friendly service. My wife, son, and I each ordered three pizzas, one gluten-free. We dined on the terrace, which, unfortunately, was still warm in August, with temperatures exceeding 30 degrees Celsius. The reason is that the attractive wooden roof is too low and the hedge protecting us from view is too tall, leaving little room for ventilation. They set our table with paper placemats and napkins on wooden tables. Drinks were served immediately, and the pizzas arrived quickly. The pizzas were average, baked in a very nice traditional oven, not too salty, and well-topped. The gluten-free pizza was a bit smaller and harder, but also average. The price was moderate, €41.50, including water and a 66cl beer. A fitting three-star rating for a deliberately popular place. This isn't a criticism, but a rating appropriate to the place's pretensions. You pay little, but you get what you pay for.

Nice restaurant with a beautiful outdoor area. Lots of locals go there! The food was delicious (it lacked a bit of salt), and the server was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

Inizio la mia recensione spiegando il perché del punteggio massimo: purtroppo, per il mio gusto, il locale è un po' troppo 'stretto' e quindi affollato, lasciando inevitabilmente un po' meno 'pace' durante il parto, visto che più siamo più chiacchiericcio c'è... Ma è un peccato veniale, perché poi, passando al cibo tutto cambia.
Oltre alle pizze (basse e croccanti) i piatti in menu sono i classici della cucina mediterranea: antipasti di mare, di terra, pasta per tutti i gusti, frittura di pesce, grigliate sia di mare che di carne.. Ci sono anche delle particolarità che raramente si trovano nei ristoranti: pollo e coniglio fritti. Buonissimi!
Le porzioni sono piuttosto generose...
Il prezzo è buono per la buona qualità degli ingredienti. Il servizio è piuttosto veloce, cortese e disponibile.
Sicuramente tornerò!
