01/01/2025: We chose to celebrate the first day of this new year, for lunch, in this splendid restaurant in Alatri. Varied, refined, refined, creative menu. From the appetizer to the dessert, we felt like we were on a journey through time among the flavours, smells and colors of a generous, cultured and succulent land like Italy. Amazing cuisine, excellent service, absolutely fair bill. Thank you very much for this culinary experience which gave us that touch of good taste and elegance rare to encounter these days. The Madreterra restaurant in Alatri is a true culinary jewel in the charming historic village of the Ciociaria town. Every detail, from the welcome to the last bite, is taken care of with love and professionalism.
1. *Welcome* From the moment we entered, we were greeted with a warmth and friendliness that immediately made us feel at home. The staff was very attentive and available to satisfy our every request.
2. *Ambience*: The environment is enchanting and relaxing, with attention to detail, the place is beautiful from an architectural point of view. The decoration is elegant but at the same time welcoming, creating a perfect atmosphere.
3. *Food*: The real protagonist is, of course, food. Each dish is a symphony of flavors and colours, made with fresh ingredients, with typical local products and above all of high quality. From the first to the last dish, everything was delicious. The presentation of the dishes was taken care of in detail.
4. *Service*: The service was impeccable. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, always ready to explain the dishes and suggest the best combinations.
5. *Price-Quality*: Considering the extraordinary quality of the food and service, the prices are absolutely fair. You can clearly perceive that every euro spent is worth the unique experience you have at Madreterra.
