The food is always very good, respectful of local tradition. The place is welcoming and really feels like eating at a friend's house!

I hadn't been back for a long time for personal reasons, I went back on Tuesday 01.14.2025.... It was remembering old tastes that have now almost disappeared in restaurants, we had an extremely good time tasting appetizers and fish first courses, we will undoubtedly return.
P.S. the cost is undoubtedly average.

Locale accogliente ma troppo piccolo, ogni tavolo era troppo attaccato all' altro non consentendo il normale spostamento dei clienti.
Che dire, la cucina è molto buona, piatti freschi e gustosi. Gli antipatisti della casa deliziosi, i primi piatti insieme ai secondi sono stati buonissimi. Ho ordinato la tagliata, purtroppo non potendo mangiare glutine ho dovuto chiedere per conferma se si potesse fare una variazione. La cameriera bruna che ci ha servito, era preparatissima e gentilissima, mi ha dato la conferma che avevano il pangrattato senza glutine consentendomi di mangiare il piatto che volevo.
L'attesa è stata un pochino lunga ma alla fine ne vale la pena.
Nel complesso è un bel locale, e lo consiglio

BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO!! We went to dinner 4 people. The quality of the dishes is very good. We were greeted by Mr. Toni, who explained that he had spent the summer in Catalonia. An exquisite treatment, very friendly and we felt at home. We ordered trofie, orecchiette, among others. Everything was delicious and the pasta was perfect. I would recommend it to anyone I love and without a doubt, if I'm ever lucky enough to be back in Brindisi, I'll be there again. Very good!!!! :)

Si desea un plato de pasta muy bueno para el almuerzo o la cena, con mariscos o, digamos, salsiccia, entonces Cantina Ti l’Artisti es el lugar para ir. Los precios son muy razonables en comparación con los restaurantes en el centro de la ciudad.
Cuando visitamos, los ancianos locales estaban disfrutando de la pasta de cangrejo, rompiendo las cáscaras con los dientes, mientras que los italianos más jóvenes y muy bien vestidos fueron servidos con una variedad de antipasti.
Nuestras pastas eran spot-on, y disfrutamos mucho sentados en un entorno casi cinematográfico de la vida atemporal, disfrutando de Italia. Muy recomendable.
