La Cantina dell'Orso In Pietracamela

On our way back from a snowshoe hike, we stopped for lunch at this lovely winery. We had a platter of local cured meats and cheeses, polenta, and a soup that I found delicious. I can't understand the negative comments people have made. The staff was lovely and very kind, and despite the place being packed, they handled everything professionally without any significant delays. In 2025, nothing surprises us anymore; rude and spoiled people are simply unbearable. Thank you so much, guys, see you next time.

Very welcoming with relaxing music. Nice to sit in the shade, but you could sit in the sun if you chose to. A very helpful English speaking waiter who is the grandson of the cook. Excellent food. Would recommend.

Exceptional little family-run restaurant! Impeccable service and sublime quality. The best fettuccine with venison I've ever had. Not to mention the cheese and egg balls. The owner and her son are extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. But the real ace in the hole is the grandmother in the kitchen! Highly recommended!
