LA CANTINA DELLA SUOCERA
Consigliati da un amico, abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante e devo dire che abbiamo vissuto un’ottima esperienza gastronomica.
Ci hanno portato una bruschetta di benvenuto e subito dopo una gentilissima Cameriera ha portato dell’acqua per il nostro cane , senza nessuna nostra richiesta. Abbiamo molto apprezzato questo gesto di cortesia.
Proprietario molto affabile e presente che ci ha illustrato i piatti e consigliato anche un buon vino.
Primi e secondi veramente buoni.
Ottimo il servizio, ottima la qualità del cibo e la presentazione dei piatti .
Prezzi onesti.
Consiglio di provare questo ristorante perché è veramente una eccellenza.

The mother-in-law's appetizer was good, the first courses (mother-in-law's and Calabrian) were bland and of little flavour, the sauce for the stuffed squid was excellent but the stuffing of the squid was not very tasty, the service was courteous as was the owner, however the rule is that the wine should go paid first to the ladies and then to the other guests, which was not done. The cutlery is IKEA and each piece of cutlery is different from the other. The place is very nice and quite well-kept, bright and the outside is also well kept. In general, everything should be improved as the potential to be an excellent restaurant is there.

Unfortunately I wouldn't go back, we took an octopus and potatoes appetizer where the octopus was a bit rubbery and the pieces were too large, the first course was penne, mussels and potatoes. One positive note is that they also make gluten-free dishes and have gluten-free bread. Staff a little lazy, the place is quite close to the seafront so overall I would give it 3 out of 5 but I wouldn't go back.

Restaurant very close to the center of Reggio. Very nice and fresh environment thanks to the air conditioning, it also has an external dehors. The cuisine offers fish dishes but also important cuts of meat. Everything freshly prepared with attention to detail. Everything was really good from starters to dessert. Friendly and fast service. Good wines. Access also with dogs🐶

Excellent food, well-styled venue, price in line with expectations.

In Reggio Calabria, almost by chance, for a day trip, my partner and I discovered this restaurant which managed to surprise us with the freshness and goodness of the food it offered us. We chose fish courses, but here you can also taste meat specialties. The service and the cleanliness of the place were excellent. We will be back.
