Very good food and a very good quality-price ratio. The service is perfect, they were very kind and attentive to us. Even though it is in an area where at night there is no Christ, inside the place, the situation changes completely, since there is a lot of atmosphere (especially families), making you feel happy. Highly recommended.

Delicious restaurant! Among the few that we managed to visit in Reggio during these few days - definitely the best! My wife almost cried while listening to Tagliata di Tonno con Cipolla rossa, it melted in her mouth. And Carbonara with funghi porcini - wonderful! We sincerely recommend it!!! Plus nice house wine, in a bottle at a reasonable price. Ps. I don't know where these 4.2 in the reviews come from, it deserves at least 5.5

Very very highly recommended! We were looking for a good place to eat fish, Calabrian antipasto and we loved it!! The place is very nice and you can choose between varieties of meat, fish and pasta with fish. At the start they bring you a complimentary bruschetta. Everything was very tasty, the owner and another lady served us very well!

LA CANTINA DELLA SUOCERA Consigliati da un amico, abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante e devo dire che abbiamo vissuto un’ottima esperienza gastronomica. Ci hanno portato una bruschetta di benvenuto e subito dopo una gentilissima Cameriera ha portato dell’acqua per il nostro cane , senza nessuna nostra richiesta. Abbiamo molto apprezzato questo gesto di cortesia. Proprietario molto affabile e presente che ci ha illustrato i piatti e consigliato anche un buon vino. Primi e secondi veramente buoni. Ottimo il servizio, ottima la qualità del cibo e la presentazione dei piatti . Prezzi onesti. Consiglio di provare questo ristorante perché è veramente una eccellenza.

02/11/2024: Overall, pretty disappointing. We waited over 40 minutes for the food to arrive. They clearly had more tables than they could handle. The food itself was not bad, but it was pretty average and the portions were quite small. The salad was especially disappointing, it was literally just a bit of lettuce and they brought a bottle of olive oil to season it with. The restaurant also only had one bathroom for which there was a line the whole time we were there. At the end, they rounded down our cheque from 62 to 60 euros, which was a nice gesture.
17/10/2024: I found some appetizers, such as fish-based meatballs, too dense and compressed. I would have expected a more delicate consistency typical of appetizers and fish-based dishes. A very pleasant aftertaste remains for the environment, courtesy and cuisine when leaving the restaurant.

21/12/2024: street level restaurant on the main street with large outdoor area, upper floor where you can have lunch/dinner, ground floor bar service, pastry shop and rotisserie. the dishes are so-so, they don't make you remember but they don't displease you either. a waiter forced to do binsaltinmortals to serve take command clear the table clean. long waiting times are inevitably affected and the service is unfortunately a little approximate. good will, education and kindness are there too, will they be enough to compensate for the negative aspects? ni.. 18/12/2024: A certainty if you want to bee, a certainty if you want to buy a panettone, a certainty if you are looking for pastries. I've been going there for years and have never found any faults, Cordon Bleu super!!!
