Cozy place with delicious and typical Naples food. The Fidellini al limone are exquisite and with a unique recipe from their owner. 100% recommended. Not to be missed in Naples!

The Cantina del Sole impresses with a cozy, inviting atmosphere that immediately creates a feeling of well-being. The ambience is charming and creates an authentic Italian atmosphere in which you feel welcome as a guest. The kitchen delivers well-prepared dishes that were overall convincing. The candele in particular were a highlight and reflected the quality and freshness of the ingredients. However, it was a bit disappointing that the recommended Buffala Mozzarella, which we were looking forward to, was not available. Unfortunately, the tiramisu was also rather negative and the taste was below what you would expect from a good Italian dessert - it seemed a bit bland and could have used a more intense note. The drink choice – particularly the Aperol Spritz – was well executed, although with room for small improvements. A little more finesse and balance would have made the difference here. The service was mixed. While one server was friendly and attentive, the other seemed rather reserved and uncommunicative, which unfortunately somewhat spoiled the otherwise friendly atmosphere. Overall, the Cantina del Sole offers a solid culinary experience in a beautiful ambience. However, minor improvements in service and desserts could further showcase the restaurant's potential.

Appetizers were good and tasty but pasta was too salty and not worth tasting. Unfortunately, most of the restaurants in Naples are the same

The waiter Maurizio welcomed us and followed us throughout the dinner, kindness and courtesy was his characteristic, he gave us excellent advice. Appetizer with calamari on a bed of breadcrumbs (I don't remember the name of the dish) I would say divine. 2 excellent first courses, very fresh grilled sea bream. I absolutely recommend it

Bizarre restaurant. The food was really lovely, and the price point was great. Couldn't fault it on these points. However, the service was so poor. Totally inattentive. The staff more interested in talking to each other than covering the THREE tables in their station. We ordered our meal and drinks. The starters arrived before any drinks. We reminded the staff about the drinks we wanted (glass of rose, bottle of red, water - nothing tricky). Eventually when they cleared our starter plates they poured our drinks. They opened the bottle of red, poured two tiny glasses then took the bottle away. It took us another 20 minutes to get the bottle back on the table. Really bizarre. When the bill came, the waiters were quick to remind us that whilst there is a cover charge, tips are not included and we should pay these in cash to them. Fat chance. Cover charge was plenty! Jokers.

We were greeted at the door and it was rainig cats and dogs. Nice staff showed us where the bathroom was and after that let us choose the table. We had great advice on wine and also appetizer. food was soon ready and it was very delicious. Plus points for atmosphere and small talk with staff Returning again next time

An unserem letzten Abend waren wir hier essen und das war das beste Essen unserer Neapel-Reise! Uns wurde auf Wunsch extra Spaghetti Carbonara zubereitet und diese als auch die Zitronen-Pasta waren hervorragend! Als Nachspeise haben wir das Tiramisu gegessen, was auch einfach traumhaft geschmeckt hat! Der Service war wirklich super! Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen letzten Abend hier und sobald wir wieder einmal in Neapel sind, werden wie wiederkommen!

Very popular restaurant so advisable to book. Central location so easy to find. Great wine, delicious food and interesting people watching.
