I often go on my lunch break, I choose between the three dishes of the day (fish, meat or vegetables) and I always find everything well balanced, well presented, light and delicious. The service is quick and courteous, the location is nice with the possibility of having meals outdoors in good weather. I recommend it!

The place is quite nice, especially on the Valentine's Day themed evening: where there were various details and due attention and nothing was left to chance. The cuisine is excellent and the menu is very interesting, as is the assortment of wines. The service is fast and discreet and the owner friendly and welcoming. A really nice surprise and an excellent opportunity in the area.

Se sei alla ricerca di un’esperienza gastronomica autentica e ricercata, La Cantina del Rubello è sicuramente un indirizzo da segnare in agenda. La cena è stata un viaggio tra sapori decisi, materie prime eccellenti e una cura nella presentazione che valorizza ogni piatto. Antipasti: Abbiamo iniziato con un ricco tagliere di salumi e formaggi, accompagnato da miele e confettura. Il taglio dei salumi è sottile, quasi a sciogliersi in bocca, mentre i formaggi offrono una bella varietà di sapori, dall’intensità di un erborinato alla delicatezza di un formaggio cremoso aromatizzato. Un antipasto semplice, ma di grande qualità. Sformatino di polenta con funghi trifolati su fonduta di formaggio: Un’ottima combinazione tra la dolcezza della verdura, il profumo intenso dei funghi e la cremosità della fonduta. Un piatto equilibrato e gustoso. Primi piatti: • Pici al ragù : Un piatto robusto e saporito, con una pasta perfettamente ruvida e un sugo denso, ben equilibrato tra il gusto deciso della carne e le note aromatiche del vino e delle spezie. • Gnocchi di patate viola con fonduta e carciofi croccanti: Un piatto visivamente sorprendente, con il viola acceso degli gnocchi a contrasto con la fonduta bianca e i carciofi dorati. Il mix di consistenze tra la cremosità della salsa e la croccantezza del carciofo è davvero piacevole. Vino: Ad accompagnare la cena, un Lagrein Südtirol DOC Muri-Gries, un vino rosso dell’Alto Adige dal carattere deciso, con note di frutti rossi maturi, spezie e una bella struttura tannica. Perfetto con piatti di carne e formaggi stagionati. Conclusione: L’atmosfera del ristorante è calda e accogliente, con un servizio attento ma mai invadente. La carta dei vini è ben fornita e spazia tra etichette locali e selezioni più ampie, permettendo di abbinare perfettamente ogni piatto. Un’ottima esperienza culinaria, consigliata per chi cerca piatti autentici con un tocco di ricercatezza.

Excellent wine selection. Tasted meat starter and fish first course, well presented, well cooked, tasty. Good service, even though they made a mistake on an order, a mistake they noticed on their own and came to apologize, so a bit of delay in preparing the dish was inevitable. Overall, the problem was handled well. The environment is aesthetically well cared for.

We went to this restaurant by chance but it was a pleasant discovery. Very welcoming location and impeccable service. We ate very well and will definitely return.
