Superb plant-based atmosphere with jazz music 👍 The vegetarian dishes are amazing

This is my third time trying this place, and I personally find the only flaw: being on a street in the historic center (closed to traffic, of course), the tables and chairs are a bit sloping. Fortunately, this is compensated for by a young but expert staff, who delight the palate with ever-changing inventions and clever reinterpretations of splendid Italian and Sardinian cuisine. The platters are innovative and always changing, and the sandwiches are top-notch. I recommend it.

We visited this place for an aperitif and then a few nights later for dinner, with a vegetarian burger and an excellent beer. We were very pleased with the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. Recommended.

Located in the heart of the historic center, this bar-pub immediately strikes you with its unique and evocative atmosphere, with exposed stone walls and thoughtful decor that creates a perfect blend of rustic and modern. The staff were exceptionally welcoming: courteous, smiling, and always ready to recommend dishes or drinks with passion. The cocktail selection is extraordinary, with creative options and quality ingredients. I tried a delicious burger, accompanied by a tender cut of beef, and the portions were generous and beautifully presented. The vegetarian options are also excellent, like the veggie burger, which my friends loved. The background music, a mix of rock and blues, made the experience even more enjoyable, creating a relaxed yet lively atmosphere. The prices are fair and the service is quick, with details that make the difference, like the bathroom well-stocked with useful little amenities. La Cantina degli Spiriti is a gem in Iglesias: I will definitely be back.

Top-notch aperitivo! Varied dishes, all homemade. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the waitress (who also speaks French) is very friendly. As for the food, everything is good except for the burgers, which I strongly advise against. Special mention goes to the meatballs.

A truly unique and lively venue, with warm lighting and a truly family-friendly atmosphere. Excellent wines, cocktails, and food.

We stumbled upon this place by chance, and it was a truly pleasant surprise. The menu is small, but the products are good. Just the right amount, excellent service. I'm not used to making "reseña" (receptions), but this place deserves it.
