Knowing only the external part of the place (pool and location) I cannot evaluate the service and rooms, otherwise it is a beautiful place

A beautiful hotel with excellent food set in a splendid naturalistic setting ✨

Excellent hotel for those who want to stop in Genga to visit the Frasassi caves, the paleontological museum as well as for some walking. The excursion to Val Capuccia or the one to the Foro degli Occhialoni (the departure of the latter is a few steps from the hotel). I did everything comfortably without a car, arriving in Genga with the Ancona-Rome railway line.

Hotel in a strategic position, free parking, surrounded by greenery, 10 minutes walk from the Frasassi Caves. Renovated, clean and welcoming structure, we liked it a lot. The rooms are very welcoming, with excellent mattresses to sleep on. "We would like to compliment the hotel staff on the exceptional level of cleanliness of our room. We were truly impressed by the attention to detail and the care with which the room was kept impeccable during our stay. Staff, super friendly, compliments to the professionalism of the Director Alberto and the welcome and kindness of the reception manager Lorena, who got us tickets for the visit to the Frasassi Caves, so we avoided the queues. We had the half board formula, dinner with superlative cuisine, with well-prepared dishes and excellent food, also the continental breakfast was delicious and offered a wide range of high quality products. The great variety, including a delicious continental breakfast, met our every expectation and made our stay even more enjoyable. A beautiful Detox experience, with many places to visit and discover in the heart of the Marche hinterland. We will definitely return

A few too many problems with the heating (19.5 degrees in the room) and the workers who started sanding a terrace at 8:00 in the morning next to our window, normally it would not have been a problem but having arrived at the hotel at 1:00 on in the morning we would have preferred to wake up differently. Breakfast with many desserts but overall not exciting. For 130 euros per night I expected a little more.

Very welcoming hotel, cooperative and kind staff, very large and clean rooms, delicious lunches and dinners. Also useful because it has a spa. Good value for money. It is located near the Frasassi Caves.

Very welcoming hotel, collaborative staff, magnificent landscape, delicious lunch, dinner and breakfast, very welcoming and clean rooms, never seen such a professional and cutting-edge hotel. Excellent value for money, it has a spa so another plus point. The Frasassi Caves are a 10 minute walk away. What can I say, perfect hotel

Functional structure a little off-center, but very close to the Frasassi caves, with all the comforts you may need for a relaxing holiday. Clean, spacious room with excellent wardrobe/open shelves where you can store both luggage and clothing. Functional air conditioner, centralized but very effective management. Eaten well, without excess, but done well & cared for. Excellent sweet/savory breakfast with everything available. Comfortable, relaxing thermal pool with sunbeds & umbrellas available. A round of applause 👏🏼👍🏼👌🏼 for the excellent Negroni 🍹🍸🍹🍸 which we appreciated & enjoyed on the last evening before dinner ❗🏍❗🏍❗
