Oltre alla disponibilità dei veri piatti tipici abruzzesi è da apprezzare la genuinità dei prodotti, qualsiasi portata dona alle papille gustative la possibilità di distinguere gli ingredienti usati. Con il delizioso capretto alla neretese e il timballo ho capito quanta passione ha chi è in cucina ai fornelli. Il prezzo è indiscutibile poiché ogni euro speso per il pranzo è stato compensato con ciò che desideravo avere in tavola abruzzese.
