La Campagnola In Chiavari

A simple, typically Italian trattoria where the local craftsmen take a long lunch break at lunchtime. It's simple, it's loud, and you're right in the middle of it all! The food is excellent (spaghetti aglio & olio and spaghetti vongole), prepared promptly by two people, which is also a good thing. The house wine is excellent; this is a place for simple, delicious food and drink.

A panoramic restaurant in Sant'Andrea di Rovereto, between Chiavari and Rapallo. It boasts a panoramic view of the Tigullio Bay. Excellent fresh grilled fish, plentiful and promptly served. The meat was also tasty and tender. We dined in the front garden, and the owner was very kind and helpful!

Wonderful trattoria, away from the hustle and bustle, high up with a magnificent view. The food was truly delicious, and Nonna's cake was simply delicious. The price was also totally reasonable. And last but not least, we received first-class service, super nice and friendly. We'd love to come back.

The owner is a tenacious and friendly woman, capable of managing the restaurant completely independently, demonstrating an experience and passion we had NEVER encountered before. It was a hearty and abundant dinner, featuring fresh fish caught that day and an extraordinary selection of homemade pies. I especially want to highlight the Ligurian-style baked fish, the best sea bream of our holiday.

The view is magnificent, you don't have to wait long, and I must say the food is excellent. Everything was very good. The price was reasonable.

The trattoria is in a fantastic location. Unfamiliar with the area? Well, you've missed out on what nature has to offer; just go. Spaghetti with clams and baked sea bass, prepared to perfection, and the chef is excellent. Looking for a place for those who want to "get noticed"? If so, you've made the wrong choice. Everything here is Ligurian, from the setting to the food, the wine, and the owner, and we love it. We'll be back.
