Good, kind, and hospitable.
Refined yet simple and complete dishes. We opted for the traditional €65 fixed menu. It was worth every penny.
The charcoal-baked plin pasta was truly fantastic.
The wine list offers a wide selection and the cellar is very scenic.
If you're passing through Canelli, it's definitely worth a stop.

Everything was simply PERFECT.
From the attentive and professional welcome from the maître d' to the attention to detail in the elegant yet understated setting. The cuisine is an extraordinary experience: each dish is a small masterpiece in flavor, balance, and presentation.
The service deserves a special mention: the servings changed depending on the dish, a dedication that demonstrates attention to detail. The quality of the cuisine is truly "wow," superior to many Michelin-starred restaurants, even a famous three-star restaurant I recently tried.
If you go, you MUST try the dark plin; they are a true culinary masterpiece.

An excellent dining experience for two. The staff was friendly and attentive, although some dishes were a bit lacking in explanation. For those not in the area, we recommend paying attention to the directions on your GPS, especially at night, as there is no street lighting on the streets leading up to the restaurant, which are quite steep.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The traditional menu is incredible from start to finish, the service impeccable, and the location is meticulously maintained. They deserve their Michelin star without a doubt! Kudos to the chef and his entire staff for this incredible experience. We'll definitely be back!

We found this restaurant on Google Maps and couldn't have chosen better.
Very beautiful with a beautifully kept garden.
Wonderful lunch with dishes that exceeded our expectations. We had an appetizer with a wonderful poached egg, tagliolini with 40 yolks and spectacular truffle, and finally a Roccaverano tometta with a bed of truffle. 🙌🏻🙌🏻
To finish, a coconut dessert with a spectacular passion fruit center.
All accompanied by excellent wines.

Fantastic location and staff, amazing chef creates true culinary masterpieces, and be careful, you won't leave hungry, on the contrary... everything is taken care of down to the smallest details, if you bring your lover you'll make a great impression, but also your wife and friends, try it, you'll be enchanted, spend 60 euros but it's well deserved

A very pleasant family lunch. The dishes were well-prepared and flavorful. We chose the traditional menu. The plin with black pasta and truffle pearls were amazing; the cheek was incredibly tender. The dessert was made to order by the smiling and friendly Medi (I think I remember his name): a hand-whipped zabaglione with Moscato and Vermouth, served with gelato and berries. The location is very well-kept, surrounded by greenery, with a view and a pool. The place is small but welcoming. Even our Chihuahua was welcomed by all the staff, who were always very kind. Highly recommended!!!
