A slightly secluded location, remarkable both on the terrace and inside. The waitress was patient in explaining the dishes to us. It's better to order the daily specials rather than the regular menu. Real gnocchi, delicious homemade preparations

Le due Querce

26/08/2025: Dinner, unfortunately, didn't start out very well. We asked for two glasses of Sauvignon and the waiter showed up with an open bottle, larger than usual, and poured the dregs of it for us. We pointed out that it was sour, and he brought us a second bottle, which was decidedly better. We continued with an appetizer, which we shared, and I won't comment on that because I'm speechless (though I'll leave you with the photo below). Fortunately, the main courses were fine. My husband finished the dinner with dessert, while I drank my still water (served in a nondescript bottle that we ended up paying a whopping €2). Total: €98, for mediocre food and equally good service. The view was undoubtedly beautiful, but only if you're lucky enough to dine in the front row. Not to be repeated.
19/08/2025: The location isn't the most convenient, but the exceptional view makes all the effort worthwhile. The terrace offers a stunning view of Rapallo and the Portofino promontory. The seafood is good and the menu interesting. The bill is a bit pricey but fair. Overall, a very nice place.

La Forchetta Curiosa

12/10/2025: Be curious to discover this restaurant located in the center of Genoa. The excellent menu combines Ligurian dishes with revisited Italian classics. Everything is delicious, from appetizers to dessert. The wait staff is friendly and attentive, and the chefs are excellent. Definitely worth trying again...
15/09/2025: It was probably created for a simple workers' lunch: first you eat the pasta, then the parmesan, and then the wine! The house wine isn't good (for me!), and when you ask what kind of red wine they have, the answer is so vague (almost everyone does) that you're left so perplexed that when they return to the table with a full bottle (but already uncorked), you wonder what you're drinking or paying for! It would be nice (in my opinion) to point out that the meat course includes potatoes, so as not to make people order a side of potatoes in vain!
