Absolutely wonderful experience at Trattoria La Buona Forchetta! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared — truly some of the best we’ve had in Sicily. The service was warm and welcoming, and to top it off, the owner serenaded us with his guitar, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. Highly recommended!

An old-fashioned trattoria, genuine and honest like the dishes that can be consumed there. Excellent price. If you don't have expectations for a particularly chic place, for the rest you won't be disappointed. Recommended

The food is very delicious. The "Busiate alla Norma" is perfectly cooked and highly recommended! The service is very friendly and attentive and provided good recommendations. The restaurant is rustic and authentic. I will definitely eat here again when I'm back in Sciacca.

I'm a passionate home cook and go to restaurants because the results are often disappointing. I was pleasantly surprised at Buona Forchetta. The presentation of the dish was rather simple, but I was absolutely thrilled with the taste. The spaghetti al vongole was the best I've had in years. Highly recommended, home-style cooking; if you pass by here, it's your own fault. The vino bianco della casa is a revelation, by the way. Enjoy your meal at Buona Forchetta 😋👍

Siamo andati lì insieme alla famiglia per il cenone di capodanno e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Prezzi nella norma, buona qualità e porzioni tutto sommato buone. Personale molto cordiale e gentile. Consigliato.

Il contesto è un po' vecchiotto, dando l'idea della vecchia osteria casereccia. Il personale è molto cortese, la qualità è ottima e il prezzo è nella norma. Abbiamo passato un bel capodanno in famiglia

23/04/2025: Great place for a quick and friendly pizza experience The four of us arrived around 7:00 PM and were immediately given a friendly welcome. The staff quickly noticed that we were not Italians and gave us an English menu. The pizzas were on the table within ten minutes - quickly and efficiently. There is ample parking in front of the door. You can eat on site, but the business mainly has a take-away atmosphere. The pizzas were fine: good base, although I think the topping could have been a little more tasty. Nevertheless, certainly good value for money. In short: highly recommended for those who want a quick, friendly and tasty meal without any fuss
12/04/2025: Typical pizzeria, very good value for money. Not the big restaurant but the pizza is very good and not expensive. The setting is not his strong point but that’s not what we ask of him when he comes here.

04/07/2025: Very well organized piadina shop, rich and varied menu. Very tasty piadinas, obviously it is a take away, there are still two tables available for consumption on the spot, very kind and professional staff, unfortunately not the fault of the customers even though the road is closed to cars, the usual ... they pass continuously forcing us customers to move away continuously, you understand that you have difficulty enjoying the excellent piadina. Highly recommended.
01/03/2025: Super-luxury piada, excellent pink sauce, homemade. You almost always have to wait, given the quality they work very hard, and it's a bit inconvenient for the customers, but, since it's a takeaway place, it can't be considered a handicap...
