Apart from us there were only Italians which I think is very rare these days. It was a very cool atmosphere. The food was delicious, the service was kind. The lemon granita was heavenly :)

Absolutely wonderful experience at Trattoria La Buona Forchetta! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared — truly some of the best we’ve had in Sicily. The service was warm and welcoming, and to top it off, the owner serenaded us with his guitar, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. Highly recommended!

An old-fashioned trattoria, genuine and honest like the dishes that can be consumed there. Excellent price. If you don't have expectations for a particularly chic place, for the rest you won't be disappointed. Recommended

The food is very delicious. The "Busiate alla Norma" is perfectly cooked and highly recommended! The service is very friendly and attentive and provided good recommendations. The restaurant is rustic and authentic. I will definitely eat here again when I'm back in Sciacca.

I'm a passionate home cook and go to restaurants because the results are often disappointing. I was pleasantly surprised at Buona Forchetta. The presentation of the dish was rather simple, but I was absolutely thrilled with the taste. The spaghetti al vongole was the best I've had in years. Highly recommended, home-style cooking; if you pass by here, it's your own fault. The vino bianco della casa is a revelation, by the way. Enjoy your meal at Buona Forchetta 😋👍

Discovered by chance, it provided an extremely positive experience. Decent choice of meat or fish dishes, generous portions, excellent quality and reasonable price. Recommended!!!

27/05/2025: Capitati per caso, passeggiando in centro a Sciacca, abbiamo apprezzato subito l'attenzione del cameriere nel farci accomodare senza alcun problema all'esterno, nella piacevole distesa dei tavoli che si affaccia sulla piazza della grande chiesa. Piatti buoni (calamarata e fritto misto), con ingredienti freschi, ben cucinati. Servizio ottimo! Conto nella media. Da proporre certamente a chi si trova a Sciacca.

10/10/2025: Everything was delicious, the only flaw was that we waited quite a while before ordering, but otherwise everything was ok.
07/09/2025: Tasty and authentic food, with a wide variety of pizzas and appetizers. Almost no wait time. Excellent, well-kept, clean, and tidy environment, consisting of several rooms and a large, well-maintained outdoor area. Excellent value for money.
