Experience 1. Delicious food. Completely renovated. Excellent value for money. The table service was excellent. The situation at the cash register and the escalation between the owner and the guest, which escalated considerably, wasn't very nice. Try to avoid that, especially when your restaurant is completely full. But aside from that, this company is a real asset. Many of the photos on Google and the website are outdated!!!
Experience 2. Another delicious meal. Organizationally, it's chaotic. We made a reservation the day before. Upon arrival, we were no longer recognized. We were given a table, in front of an emergency exit at an awkward angle. Although the problem has been resolved, it still feels strange. Experience in 2026. A very pleasant evening. Delicious food. Super friendly service. Truly excellent value for money.

The service was quite overwhelmed, and we received the food 1.5 hours after arrival; even the mixed salad only arrived 10 minutes before the main course.

A very large selection of pizzas (about 40?) - the pizzas are very good (10-14 euros). There are also 10 typical main courses and 10 first courses. There's a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, including a few beers. Overall, I recommend this restaurant. I'll definitely be back.

What a shame ; my favourite place with the best espresso and macchiatos in Selva, (,with Costa) was as usual great pizza but rude and poor service. I visited Bula twice last week. Once solo, then with a friend. Can I thank the older gentleman for cleaning tables well. And especially the Bar/Barista who made great coffee. Also the young waiter too. BUT…
We were seated in area where users of the bathrooms had to squeeze by me. We asked to be moved. Orders for drinks didn’t arrive until we asked and waiters attitude poor. This off hand seemed shown by the two middle aged.
They seemed to speak German even though I spoke in Italian.
I’d recommended in past Bula as my favourite in Selva I used to work professionally in food. The food is great. A good kitchen. .
Waiters wake up ! Selva is getting glamourous. Whether we like it or not. And fools like this will suit no class no brains all money customers. But for those who value the valley and the wonderful hospitality will be sad.

We returned to this restaurant after a few years under new management. The place is completely different, truly beautiful, with revisited traditional dishes that are truly delicious. The relaxing atmosphere was a pleasant surprise. We'll be back again this evening and tomorrow evening. The owner, a kind man, even offered all my guests a traditional local grappa at the end. I highly recommend it.

During my stay in Val Gardena, I dined at this charming restaurant several times. The food was top-notch, the atmosphere was very welcoming and modern, and the staff was very professional and friendly.
I also tried the pizza, and I must say it was the best in the valley!

What can I say about Selva Val Gardena? It's spectacular. We were there about a week ago. We noticed this restaurant on La Bula Road.
We walked in and were greeted with a smile. They sat us down, and then a kind waiter approached and recommended we start with a small aperitif and then dinner. We left the service to him and were impressed not only by the excellent quality of the dishes, but above all by the impeccable service provided by our waiter, Luca.
From the start, he greeted us with a sincere smile and a rare professionalism that few can match. He knew the menu by heart and was able to give us the best advice—it was a revelation!
And he was always there at the right time without ever being intrusive, even when the place was a bit crowded.
You can tell he's passionate about his job, anticipating our every need with a naturalness and expertise that transforms a simple dinner into a memorable experience. It's rare to find someone so "on the ball," attentive, dynamic, and with a true mastery of service.
Special thanks to Luca and the owner who found this professional waiter... Thank you for making our evening perfect! We will definitely be back and will recommend him to everyone. A true talent for your restaurant!
