Small restaurant, but tidy and clean. Excellent food, fresh fish and good table service. The only flaw is that the cover is a little pricey.

Excellent fresh fish restaurant with non-trivial combinations

After the third time we returned, I decided to give a review to this place which truly deserves it. Fresh fish cooked really well thanks to the experience of the chef who puts love and knowledge into what he does, selected and particular wines thanks to the experience of his wife Alessandra. Also to be appreciated is the pasta made by him and not bought. Prices in line with the quality of the place.

Very fresh fish, special combinations, non-trivial wines, you can't find anything similar in Chiavari, prices adequate for the quality and particular combinations that we generally don't find in classic Chiavari restaurants

Really great owners very nice to visit

Da tempo volevamo provare le specialità di questo ristorante; presa la palla al balzo ci siamo recati una sera con una coppia di amici. Il menù è composto da 5antipasti, 5 primi e altrettanti secondi; cosa che abbiamo gradito tutti. Preso tagliolini con tartare di gambero di mazara e tartufo (squisiti); idem per gli spaghettoni sempre con tartare e bisque. Di secondo abbiamo preso due fritture di paranza (abbondanti e molto buone) e il baccalà era eccellente. Dolci super Un po’ caro ma ne vale la pena; sicuramente torneremo. Consiglio vivamente di sperimentare quest’esperienza a dir poco superlativa.

Il locale è molto semplice, senza troppe pretese. Il personale è stato cordiale, simpatico e buono il servizio. Il menù è leggermente rivisitato rispettando le materie prime, di ottima qualità. I piatti sono molto buoni e sono cucinati molto bene. Per la qualità della cucina darei 5 stelle, ma ne do' 4 per 2 motivi: il primo per il prezzo alto; va bene la qualità, ma qui si paga più che a Firenze. Il coperto a 3 euro non è giustificabile. Il secondo motivo è una caduta di stile: se mi dici che mi offri l'amaro, per me vuol dire che è offerto (me ne sono accorta solo successivamente, altrimenti glielo avrei anche detto, non mi vergogno). Diciamo che in Liguria, a volte, dovrebbero guardare alle regioni confinanti in fatto di ospitalità e prendere spunto. Comunque in generale è stata una buona esperienza.
