We had lunch here. I had a vegetarian dish that was very tasty. My partner had the meat tagliatelle with a mixed salad. The pasta was fresh and well-cooked. A friendly restaurant.

Typical tavern in the center. The food is excellent (the classic lasagna made with the typical green spinach puff pastry is delicious), the portions are generous and the owners very helpful. A real treat to try! ;) Note of merit, the price! It's very rare to find a place like this in the center with such old-fashioned prices. Compliments!

Trattoria Cognento

22/06/2025: This place was recommended among others by the manager of the agriturismo where we were staying. It is a classic trattoria from the Emilian province with a modern twist. The place is very large, with outdoor and indoor tables but it is advisable to book. The menu offered is not very extensive, the appetizers aside from the classic tigelle and cured meats offer few other things. The first courses are not more numerous but all prepared strictly with fresh pasta made by them. We had cappelletti with ragù (excellent) and a portion of fettuccine with duck ragù. A panna cotta with berries and water to drink. We also bought, which I recommend, some 24-month-old Parmigiano Reggiano at a great price.
