La Briocheria In Palo del colle

18/05/2025: Saturday night in Bari, with the pizzerias crowded, I incredibly find a place at Enea, in via Giulio Petroni 87. Small place, all the seats occupied. Very fast service, perhaps to encourage turnover. Very affordable prices. However, cold chips, a glass stained with lipstick and an illegible menu with prices corrected in pen penalize the experience. Very thin pizza, Bari style, but with a burnt edge. Passing through my city, I settled for that. It's fine like this, but you can do better.
