La Briciola In Treviso

This has become our go-to pastry shop when we visit Lake Iseo. Whenever we're in the area, we always stop for a coffee or tea, accompanied by some pastries or a slice of cake. The pastries are truly top-notch, and the cakes are truly fantastic. The service is also impeccable, with kind and friendly staff. NB: And what if you don't want to buy 8-10 pastries to take home?! 😋

I've always heard good things about this restaurant, so I was intrigued and decided to give it a try. The place is very beautiful. I decided to try the grilled beef fillet with baked potatoes (€20, average price), cooked medium. The cut of meat was stringy; it probably wasn't cut the right way. As for the flavor, it wasn't particularly noticeable; as for the cooking, it was generally overcooked for medium.

The pizza was good. The service was a little slow.

A historic restaurant in Brescia, with a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. The food is generous and well-prepared. I recommend the fried vegetarian dish: truly delicious. I must admit, the pizza also had a crispy crust and was very easy to digest. Definitely an experience worth repeating.

Everything was perfect, the food was delicious, the waiter was attentive, kind and very professional, I highly recommend it!

I've been to La Briciola restaurant several times. It's a very welcoming, clean place, the waiters are very kind and attentive, and they have excellent cuisine with truly delicious dishes. I recommend it.

I had a house antipasto (all the ingredients were good and the portions were generous) and a panzanella (also good). I really didn't like the sweet "bindi" (a type of bread) dessert. You can eat outside, which is a nice bonus on a good day. The place also has a reserved parking lot near the entrance (around the corner). Overall, a great place, the only shame is the desserts.

Introduction. It had been many years since I'd been to Briciola, and I was left with the memory of a welcoming, clean, well-furnished place, and of course, the food was excellent. Yesterday (August 18th), I found a very beautiful place, well-kept down to the last detail, spotlessly clean, excellent food, and prices absolutely in line with the quality of the dishes. Unfortunately, the only sore point (quite a few) was the service. There were basically two people (a girl and a boy) taking turns in the dining room. The girl, admittedly quite kind, but objectively it was clear she wasn't a professional. After serving us our first courses, without asking, as is usually done, if we wanted to order second courses as well, she took away our menus. After we'd eaten our first courses, the young man arrived and practically cleared the table. My wife and I were afraid he'd take away our drinks and glasses too! After about twenty minutes (a good deal), the girl returned and asked, "Do you want a coffee?" My wife began by replying, "But... we actually wanted to order a second course..." She, somewhat embarrassed, replied that the kitchen closed at 11:00 PM, but took the order anyway. While we were waiting for the second courses, the young man kept coming in and out of the room, looking at me with a somewhat unsettling tone. I humbly apologize for the length, but it was truly necessary.
