A fantastic place, the lady is truly warm and available for advice and explanations. Her husband is also fantastic; you can tell they're two wholesome people who run a business with heart. The quality of the ingredients and the offerings is very high. I wish them the best and can't wait to return for dinner or lunch with a stroll around the area. Best regards

Beautiful evening, my husband is organizing Valentine's Day at this location, a bit outside the chaos of the city. Spectacular... We walked in and the owners welcomed us as if we were a relative. The waitresses were very young but on point, kind and polite, and always smiling. When we ordered our courses, the owner (super) came over and explained the menu, from cured meats and cheese to the cut of meat and its ideal cooking method. The meat arrived... Wow, so delicious, so tender it melted in your mouth 👄, a real treat. What can I say? We'll definitely be back.

What can I say? It's a truly unique experience. We were welcomed by the owner, Rita, a truly delightful person. She explained the menu to us in detail with impeccable descriptions, just explaining it made our mouths water. You can tell she really cares about her work and her business. I don't know how to describe the meat we ate. It melted in your mouth, truly SPECTACULAR. EXCELLENT quality. It was accompanied by a salad and a superb mashed potato. In addition to the meat, we had an appetizer of cured meats, cheeses, and sauces. Oh my, mouthwatering. A rustic and welcoming place. Definitely go. Prices are reasonable.

Welcoming atmosphere, both inside and out, excellent quality meat prepared beautifully... The lady welcomes you and explains the cuts, cooking methods, and the attention they put into it. The wine list is also remarkable. Highly recommended.

We went to the grill restaurant for dinner, our first time, and highly recommended by friends. When we booked over the phone, the lady immediately explained how to get there (thank you 💗). When we arrived, we immediately noticed the grill... A spectacle! When we walked in, I imagined it would be bigger, but it wasn't cramped at all. In the summer, I imagine the outdoor seating increases. Returning to the welcome, we felt right at home. The lady came to the table (nice and sweet, you can see she cares a lot about the products and the quality philosophy they want to convey). If you're unsure, they help you find suitable solutions; there's so much to choose from. We immediately started with two platters, and boy... Truly top-notch products. Next, we had: T-bone steak Rib steak Grilled fillet (They were brought to us to inspect at the table, with scales, before being grilled by the grill master, who knows what he's talking about!!) The cuts arrive on a hot griddle and accompanied by their side dishes. A spectacle (I'm attaching a photo because I had to immortalize it). We highly recommend it!! The desserts don't compete with the rest, but they're delicious. It's worth it anyway!

Making the trip from Trento specifically to eat at Braceria del Conterissoso is absolutely worth it. The meat is excellent, with a wide selection of cuts to satisfy every taste. The side dishes are also excellent, all homemade, and there's a wide selection of desserts. Rita, the owner, is delightful: she explained the menu with great professionalism and guided us through the best choices. The restaurant is quaint, very well-kept, and welcoming—a place where you immediately feel at home. An experience worth repeating, without a doubt!
