Lovely restaurant with excellent food. You could really taste the smokiness of the meat, which added a great depth of flavor. The service was outstanding, and communication in English with the host was no problem at all. A truly enjoyable experience.

Tonight we discovered a little corner of the USA in the unsuspecting town of Partanna. The place, without frills and at first glance a little anonymous, immediately makes it clear to you, also thanks to the aromas coming from the grill, how the focus is all on the product and not on the cloying drift of extreme social sharing. The pitmaster welcomes you with courtesy and hospitality, knowing how to do the honors of the house also giving precious advice. You can read on the site how the latter attended a masterclass by Steven Raichlen who with his "The Barbecue Bible" wrote a milestone for those who consider BBQ a serious thing. Going to the highlight of the evening, we had the mixed grill with the addition of picanha and onion rings. The expertly spiced meat and cooked to perfection in a wonderful ceramic Kamado, is enriched by notes of cherry wood smoke that with its intensity enhances the flavor even more. Of all the dishes, the note of merit goes to the picanha, cooked to perfection and with a characteristic layer of fat that melted in the mouth. Another note of merit is the importance given to the sauces accompanying the meats, and in particular to the spicy one that was definitely homemade and that gave the push that made the bite even more interesting and stimulating. The dinner ended with a slice of "grandma's chocolate cake" with a welcoming homely flavor. A final note, as well as a small treasure of the place, is the Merch corner in full American style that denotes a certain propensity for branding as well as community among fans of BBQ made with love. I therefore felt it was right to buy a personalized t-shirt as a souvenir of the evening.

Locale carino con due salette, una interna e una esterna chiusa con delle vetrate. Carne mangiabile ma non buonissima secca e tenace al morso; non sembra un vero bbq in stile americano. Buono hamburger, le salse, le patatine, il pollo appartiene ad Amadori.. la pancetta sembrava un po cruda. Gustosa la birra triskele con tonalità di rosmarino
