Very, very disappointing. I had ordered a classic baba cake with cream, cherries decorated with fruit, and a mini baba on top. I was advised to avoid any type of red fruit (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, etc.) due to an allergy. On the day of collection, they presented me with a log-shaped baba filled with fruit, including blueberries. When I complained, they asked if they could make it in the shape I requested, but not in the shape I had requested, within half an hour. A total disaster, as the baba hadn't had time to mature, and the sugar parchment with the writing, as shown in the photo, had been patched up and thrown away so as not to displease the customer. On the other hand, the remaining pastries, marzipan and tea cakes, were nothing to complain about, and as always, very good.

Unquestionable quality. The almond paste, in my opinion, is the best in Salerno.

I ordered a cake here for my birthday, and all the guests asked me where I got it because it was excellent. It was my first time there and I was extremely satisfied.
