La Bottiglieria In Cremona

Despite being from Cremona, I didn't know this restaurant, and it was a real discovery! The pizza is exceptional, with a very light dough that makes it truly unique. Furthermore, the menu offers a selection of high quality gourmet pizzas, with attention to every detail. I must offer my most sincere compliments to the owner, who at the end of dinner dedicated himself to passionately telling us the history of the place and the particularities of the dough used. The quality of the food is extraordinary, and the service and location are also very good, with a welcoming and refined atmosphere. A place in the center of Cremona that absolutely deserves to be known and frequented. I can't wait to go back!

Domenica a pranzo con mio marito, mia sorella e mio cognato. Abbiamo iniziato con degli ottimi stuzzichini, pizzette, mozzarella in carrozza e trigliette, tutto fritto. Poi pasta e patate, fritto misto di gamberi, calamari e verdure, baccalà fritto e vellutata di patate e castagne con tartufo nero. Ora, se il fritto non è fatto bene, e significa principalmente che deve essere asciutto e croccante e non unto, non è gradevole mangiarlo…in questo caso, tutti i fritti erano ottimi. Molto buoni anche i primi e la vellutata. Degna conclusione i dessert, in particolare la squisita pastiera. Se non ho dato cinque stelle è solo per il servizio, un po’ lento e non sempre preciso, anche se i ragazzi si percepisce che sono dotati di tanta buona volontà ma probabilmente poca esperienza. Sicuramente miglioreranno con la pratica. Certamente ritorneremo.

I only gave 3 stars to the food because I believe that you can't serve fried prawns without pulling out the intestines, very little is needed...

Dinner for a couple in an excellent restaurant that we stumbled upon by chance, in the center of Cremona, a stone's throw from the Ponchielli Theatre. Beautiful location inside, informal environment, I recommend booking. Very friendly staff, we were welcomed even though we hadn't booked and we really appreciated the kindness and sincerity of the staff who warned us that we would have to leave the table after about 1 hour (since they had a reservation). Room service present and attentive. Wide choice with restaurant and pizzeria menu (classic and gourmet Neapolitan pizzas) Excellent pizza, with fresh, quality ingredients. The price is right. Highly recommended.

We really liked the place, the kind and correct people. We tasted the delicious potato cream soup, the excellent amberjack and the fabulous piennolo tomato pizza! It's a shame that we're passing through, but we would like to try something else Very good!
