It is certainly a cuisine with quite refined ingredients, a beautiful, comfortable and pleasant location. We really liked the dishes, the quality is there and you can feel it. Personal experience is that I took a pizza with lactose-free mozzarella, with high expectations, unfortunately it arrived a little too liquid, dampening the flavor and making the dough too tender. The rest of the things were good. The place was also very full. These are things that can happen, I will gladly return for a second chance. It would be nice to be able to find a lactose-free/vegan dessert.

I went for the first time this evening with my son, my daughter-in-law and my 5 year old granddaughter. We really liked the place. Perfect service and really good food. We will recommend it and will return.

The location is nice and the staff nice and friendly. Finally I taste the gourmet pizza, what can I say other than that it is truly amazing, they should all be tried. The menu is very interesting, good selection of beers and wines. A place I recommend! I will definitely come back.

Se devi scegliere, tutta la vita qua, selezione di vini ottima, cibo napoletano eccellente e scelta del menù rivisitato ma fedele alla tradizione, il fritto è divino, la pizza come a Nqpoli, top

Locale carino e accogliente antipasti gustosi e ben fatti, fritti super golosi e un ottima carne anche se è il pesce che la fa da padrone. Anche la cantina spazia tra scelte anche di vini unici e ricercati e altri più semplici ma comunque di buon livello. Personale capace e gentile

05/08/2024: I was really impressed by the CARPEDIEM pizzeria, the atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. But the strong point of the place is undoubtedly the pizza. In this place you will have the opportunity to taste various types of pizza with top ingredients. Last night I tasted the pizza with bresaola, parmesan and rocket and it was an explosion of flavours. I highly recommend this place to all lovers of good pizza!

Trattoria La Ciminiera

15/08/2024: Excellent service, good food I hadn't yet tasted Roman cuisine. Five of us were happy. I recommend trying. Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff.
11/08/2024: If you are looking for a good trattoria with a typical Roman cuisine menu, you will find it here, in the Crema countryside; I am a "Roman from Rome" and I believe I can express a qualified opinion. The two young waiters are efficient and very kind. The air-conditioned room is simply furnished; it is a modern trattoria, clean, tidy and without frills. The honest price for the à la carte lunch, €32 per person for starter, main course, side dish, dessert, coffee and drinks. On weekdays cheap price for "business lunch" (I will try it), they suggest booking. A real discovery! Good in the kitchen and in the dining room.
