Lunch at La Bottigliera in Cremona was a real success. I ordered paccheri with tomato sauce, seemingly simple but done just right: pasta al dente, rich and flavorful tomato sauce, slightly sweet, with that aroma of basil that immediately evokes "fine cuisine."
The dish was well-creamed and the portion was just right, without excess or unnecessary frills.
A tidy place, a quiet atmosphere, and friendly service: the kind of place you'll gladly return to when you want something traditional but made with care.
Recommended for a relaxing lunch with honest, well-executed dishes.

We passed by chance, asked and found a place for lunch, everything was good: green gnocchi, paccheri, Fassona with potatoes, water, wine, etc., everything was good, good service, the wait for the second courses was a bit long, excellent coffee, nice place, I liked it.

We dined one evening at Bottiglieria di Cremona, finding room for three after a reservation made just hours earlier. The place was very busy, a sign of a beloved and well-regarded establishment, and our expectations were not disappointed. The atmosphere is lively yet refined, with consistently attentive and punctual service.
We ordered three first courses: Gragnano linguine with Sicilian anchovies, lemon, and stracciatella, and two portions of spaghetti all'Agerola. The linguine was truly exceptional: a juicy, fragrant, and perfectly balanced dish, where the saltiness of the anchovies meets the freshness of the lemon and the creaminess of the stracciatella in perfect harmony. The spaghetti alla Nerano also lived up to expectations: rich in flavor and well-creamed, with a balance of flavors that was bold but never overpowering.
Afterwards, we shared a special pizza of the month, with Agerola provola, vegetables, and spicy stuffed peppers. A surprising combination: the sweetness of the provola cheese and the softness of the vegetables perfectly balanced the spiciness of the chili peppers. The dough was soft, well-aired, and perfectly cooked, a sign of great attention to quality and leavening times.
We accompanied the dinner with a bottle of Ortrugo wine, crisp and pleasant, and water. To conclude, a truly delicious dessert: apple tarte tatin served with milk ice cream. The fragrant pastry, the perfectly caramelized apples, and the sweetness of the ice cream rounded out the dinner perfectly.
The service was attentive, fast, and meticulous, with a touch of friendliness that makes all the difference: when dessert was served, the waiter accompanied it with three teaspoons, sensing that we would want to share—a simple but much-appreciated gesture, demonstrating attentive and intelligent service.
The final bill was €89 in total, with a €3 cover charge per person: a more than fair price for the quality of the dishes, the welcoming atmosphere, and the professionalism of the staff.
A place definitely worth a visit: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, impeccable service, and excellent value.
Recommended for both a dinner with friends and a more special occasion.

A place where quality is evident from the first bite.
There were three of us with an 8:00 PM reservation, and our table was ready when we arrived. We were greeted immediately, and the ordering and delivery times were perfect: the sparkling water arrived immediately, followed by the 2024 Ortrugo wine, fresh and of excellent quality.
For our appetizer, we shared a pizza: very light, well-aired dough, and excellent ingredients. It truly exceeded our expectations.
The first courses were perfectly cooked and presented: the portions were just right, not excessive.
We finished with a shared dessert: spectacular in both presentation and flavor, much appreciated also thanks to the kindness of the waiter, who brought us three small cutlery sets so we could all sample it.
The atmosphere is refined, but I would point out the lack of tablecloths as a negative: only the tablecloths remain on the tables, and this detail is a bit out of place with the €3 cover charge.
Otherwise, the service was friendly and attentive, with clear prices both on the menu and on the bill. We spent around €30 each, a fair price for the quality and experience offered.
Best dish of the evening: the pizza, thanks to an excellent dough and top-quality ingredients.
A place worth remembering: here the pizza is surprising, the first courses are convincing, and the dessert leaves a smile on your face.

I was here tonight for the first time!
I ate AMAZING! The fish dishes are superb, and the quality is SUPERLATIVE! It's been a long time since I've found such quality fish in Cremona! I'm not even forgetting the fact that the pasta was al dente!!!! I love it❤️.. everything I ate and tasted was perfectly balanced!!!…but the fish…exquisite!!!!!! Sorry to insist! All of this was topped off with wonderful service, but how wonderful I ate…. The pizzas I saw being served at the surrounding tables were also beautiful! Must try! I'm sorry I didn't take pictures of the desserts…. A delicious buffalo yogurt mousse! Thank you so much for the wonderful dinner, thank you….❤️

The service needs to be reviewed. If you eat pizza, it's fine, but if you eat anything else, you have to bring oil, bread, etc. to the table. In any case, the waiters (not all of them) need to know if a dessert is out. DO NOT BRING OTHER TYPES OF DESSERTS YOU UNDERSTAND.

The atmosphere was a bit anonymous, the dishes were well presented. We ordered two spaghetti alla Nerano, which I personally lacked a bit more provola. A mozzarella in carrozza was fried well, tasty and light. The cheeses with mustard, on the other hand, were a bit mediocre. Of course, everyone has their own tastes. I like strong flavors. The service was good, but a little more smile wouldn't hurt. They seemed to have little desire to work. Just my impression.
