Pizza ordered for the first time on Sunday for a home, the delivery was on time, really excellent dough tested, the crust was tasty, well leavened and perfect cooking, the pizza is thin Neapolitan style but with a high crust, the quality of the ingredients is good, the cost of each individual pizza is excellent, we were all more than satisfied, we will definitely order again.

What about Frastuca? I had no doubts, the goodness of their pizzas is recognized in the area, but this one really surprised me; a significant combination of flavors, the ricotta gives a touch of freshness to the pizza making it pleasant and irresistible with every bite. A paradise for pistachio lovers and for those who want to treat their palate to a treat to enjoy comfortably on the sofa at home. Pistachio and Crescenzio, a super winning combination.

Wonderful pizzas, very high quality ingredients, they feel indescribable goodness to understand you have to go to them and try, wonderful service, this was the second time we went there, wonderful discovery! It has practically become my favorite pizzeria❤️❤️well done guys! vote 1000!

Ingredienti di alta qualità, lavorazione dell'impasto a regola d'arte, personale accogliente e qualificato fanno di questa pizzeria un locale immancabile nella lista di un vero intenditore. Frequento regolarmente il luogo e non ha mai mancato di soddisfarmi al 100%. Consigliatissimo, continuate così.

28/05/2025: We were tourists….and we really lucked out on this restaurant. We don’t like going to the tourist traps. This is a gem! I would recommend the pistachio pesto pasta! Amazing! The panelle palermitane, and the mini Sicilian Fritte were to die for….and in our second visit we ordered the Tuna tataki ….and again simply amazing! Definitely a must if you are in Catania
26/05/2025: Reading the menu you get the impression of high ambitions, unfortunately the kitchen can’t quite deliver on those ambitions. The food is almost there but needs that last bit of QC that only a great chef can deliver. I think that the restaurant would do itself a favour if it reduced the menu to 1/3 of the dishes and focused hard on getting those right. The service is impeccable and the wine list is fairly priced. All in all an ok experience but there is room for improvements.

02/05/2025: One of the best pizzas you can try in the area. Really excellent: it's been a long time since I ate a pizza in which the flavor of pistachio could be perceived so well.
