Excellent meat and very tender. The owner was extremely kind, offering us a ride to the center of Fiuggi, since we had arrived on foot. A truly enjoyable evening.

13/04/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di visitare a pranzo questo posto meraviglioso, curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo sorteggiato un ottimo vino bianco affacciati su uno stupendo panorama. Ogni portata è stata un trionfo di sapori della tradizione rivisitata dalle sapienti mani della chef. Alla pasta fresca darei una menzione speciale anche se l'agnello alla griglia non è stato da meno. Personale cordiale, gentile e paziente. Lo consiglierei sicuramente
