I ate like God, exceptional food

The place is well-kept, and the young waiters are clearly inexperienced, but they're friendly and polite. The pizza has a good dough. Unfortunately, I ordered the Tramonti, which was really salty, I think because of the sun-dried tomatoes it's topped with. The other pizzas aren't well-balanced either, like the truffle one. It's a shame; it's not bad, but it needs improvement.

The pizza is truly excellent: quality ingredients, well-made dough, and perfectly cooked. The wait staff was also friendly, helpful, and professional, contributing to a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the owner. His manner was less than courteous and, at times, quite rude, giving an impression that clashes with the quality of the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff. It's a real shame, because greater attention to customer relations would make the experience truly complete.

I tried the pan-fried pasta with double cooking, figs, and Alta Mangiuria blue cheese: it was spectacular! The fried dishes were excellent, and the welcome was impeccable. Alessandro is a true enthusiast, and it shows in the quality of his work. Congratulations!
