It may seem strange that they only take reservations for two evenings, 8:30 PM and 9:45 PM, but it works. We arrived on time and were seated immediately. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pizza was excellent.

Recommended by our friends as an excellent pizzeria, we were simply blown away by the delicious pizza with a very light dough and a variety of options for all tastes... And to finish, the cocoa dough pizza with Nutella and Kinder Bueno... A real treat!!! Very nice place, nice atmosphere. We'll be back!!!!

11/01/2026: A Tricase gem! La Cistareddha never disappoints: the eggplant parmigiana is amazing, with the authentic flavor of yesteryear. The cicerchie con cicoria deserves special mention, a traditional dish prepared to perfection, balanced, and flavorful. To top it off, their tiramisu is absolutely unmissable: creamy and incredibly fresh. ​Friendly service and a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!
04/01/2026: Pizzeria la Cistareddha is a recommended stop if you're in the Tricase area. Excellent pizza, made with high-quality ingredients and a very light dough. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, and the staff is very professional. Thanks for a wonderful evening, we'll be back!

29/10/2025: Delicious Neapolitan pizza, highly recommended. Young team, attentive and friendly. The prices are more than fair. The homemade Rocher dessert is absolutely fantastic!
