For those traveling on the A1 motorway and wanting to eat a good Florentine steak. Good meat, very friendly and super nice staff. As a side dish I suggest sautéed chicory to be eaten. Prices normal. Very nice place. Advised.

Very nice view, average food but poor service, we had ordered starters and main courses and we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes between the two courses. The typical lemon-based dessert was old and tasteless. Obviously all at higher than average costs.

The waitress with dark hair very kind and smiling, what is needed with customers.

È sempre un piacere fare una sosta in questo ristorante durante i nostri viaggi. Il locale è molto carino, la carne ottima, idem i saluti e il pane strepitoso. Per noi è tappa fissa.

The quality of the Florentine steak and the fresh pasta are excellent. I find it questionable to charge the customer 22 euros for 3 place settings (in the menu they justify it with the basket of bread) and two, I mean two, potatoes cut into cubes and cooked in the oven. I agree to pay 72 euros per kg for the Florentine steak as well as 13 euros for a fresh pasta with meat sauce, because I pay for quality and workmanship. But the rest is a nonsense, considering a mise and place outside with a paper placemat and plastic table/chairs, of those found in service stations.... the maintenance of the structure, which is also historic and pleasant, has nothing to do with it, but rather make the customer pay dearly for no added value. This always happens in places where demand now exceeds supply... too bad 🤷 Congratulations to Riccardo for his courtesy and availability.

Posizione comoda perché in prossimità del casello autostradale, pranzo buono ma non indimenticabile, prezzi un po’ alti, alcuni membri dello staff molto gentili, altri molto maleducati. Deliziosa la giostra storica.

Historic place off the Fabro motorway exit, very popular with passing tourists. Good food, excellent meat cooked on the grill

Historic location convenient to the motorway exit with ample parking. Rustic environment with walls full of photos with dedications of the various characters who have been in the place. Good selection of expertly grilled cuts of meat. Friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioning could be improved.
