Exceptional pizza in a charming location, near the temples. Impeccable service, they immediately put us at ease. Carefully prepared menu and well-balanced flavors. Also delicious are the tiramisu and pasta omelettes. Highly recommended if you are in the area!

Ate pizza with buffalo mozzarella...very good and well cooked. When we pass through Paestum we always stop!!

Amazing pizza, really! Every time we are in Paestum, we can't help but stop at the La Basilica pizzeria. Perfect dough, fresh ingredients and super friendly staff. A pleasure every time!

It's difficult to find such a balanced 4 cheeses. No flavor dominates the other, and you can feel that the cheeses are of quality. Beautiful to look at and even better to eat. Passed with full marks!

Suggestive location but divided into several rooms distributed between outside and inside, managed by just three waiters who took care of not only the service, but also the reception and cash register. The staff, perhaps under stress due to the workload, is asked for more courtesy which is the basis of hospitality. There were two of us and we ordered a calzone with anchovies and a "carmeniello" pizza. The first had the lower crust of the calzone very wet from the mozzarella and the cans, which were also not well mixed with the anchovies which could only be perceived in a few bites. The second was difficult to palatability due to the excessively peppery bacon bits which overpowered any flavour. Overall excellent potential but still some points to improve.
