You can find the best pizza by the slice in San Severi but also other amazing baked products. They range from fragrant taralli to exquisite birds, not to mention the goodness of the "pupurati" and tarts. It would be nice to find Nicola's Baracchina throughout Italy. We are waiting for him in Como.

We ate the Baracchina pizza and I must say that it was really excellent. Every time we come to San Severo it is an obligatory stop. The dough is light and crunchy, while the toppings are always plentiful and of good quality. We particularly appreciated the variety of flavors available, which satisfy all palates. The pizza with onion and the stuffed tomato and mozzarella were delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the service is fast and efficient. We highly recommend this place to all pizza lovers! We enjoyed it two evenings in a row. Score 10 and praise!

Tutta la loro produzione è di ottima qualità. Dal pane alla pizza, dai cornetti ai taralli. Peccato per il proprietario che a volte è scontroso. Anni fa era caratterialmente diverso. Ora devi stare attento altrimenti ricevi risposte che ti lasciano di stucco. Un cliente in meno.
