I don't know why, after 30 years of frequenting this place, I only now felt the urge to write how much Baita means HOME to me... it's never too late to fix it...😍

After a walk through Faenza, we rewarded ourselves with dinner at La Baita. We haven't eaten more authentic food all holiday. Delicious seasonal regional cuisine What a special place!

Oh well I've been going to the hut for years and for me, but not only for me, it's the best in Faenza, in particular the wine and gastronomy are unbeatable... and dessert... peaches forever!

Good, the whole family appreciated the goodness of each dish and the good wine (among many). For our palates, the dominant cheese (particularly in the preparations with artichokes and cardoons) standardized the flavors of the dishes and deducted a star from the final result.

Locale con un aspetto rustico, ma con un'offerta che spazia dalla tradizione alla novità, supportata da un'ottima qualità della materia prima. Ottimi i salumi, per non parlare della giardiniera o dei carciofi alla griglia. La pasta poi squisita. Una varia e sapiente scelta di etichette accompagnano la vista, grazie all'esposizione. Servizio davvero eccellente, ragazzi educati e molto attivi. Una chicca le peschine, lasciatevi uno spazio perché ne vale la pena.

Capitiamo per caso in questo locale, appena entrati ci troviamo di fronte un grande banco gastronomia pieno di salumi e formaggi... siamo nel posto giusto! Ottimo l'antipasto di salumi e verdure sott'olio, tagliata di diaframma spettacolare. Ampia scelta di vini, personale professionale e cortese
