Excellent food with various proposals of appetizers, first courses (homemade) and delicious second courses. A Romagna cuisine revisited in a modern key. Fabulous cellar. Impeccable service.

Osteria with delicatessen counter selling excellent quality cured meats, cheeses and delicacies. The kitchen also offers dishes cooked with care and imagination. The menu varies often and is not "kilometric". The staff is very attentive and the sommelier knows his stuff and is a good prompter. Tonight I had dinner as a couple and we had cappelletti with butter and nutmeg, a carpaccio of raw Moretti artichokes, a salad of mixed raw and cooked vegetables with broad beans and a portion of "Spanish Assassina", a kind of bresaola, very good. Before we left we purchased some French cheese to take home. When I go to Faenza, the Baita is a must.

Innanzitutto conviene prenotare in anticipo. Abbiamo fatto fatica a trovare posto il martedì sera. Abbiamo preso un tagliere di salumi ed uno di formaggi, uno più buono dell'altro. Per il vino, dato che mi piace sperimentare, ci siamo lasciati consigliare ed abbiamo preso 2 calici di pinot grigio di provenienza tedesca, veramente eccezionale. Prezzi corretti in rapporto all'ottima qualità di cibo e vino

Oh well I've been going to the hut for years and for me, but not only for me, it's the best in Faenza, in particular the wine and gastronomy are unbeatable... and dessert... peaches forever!

18/07/2025: We decided to eat here after watching Franchino's Er Criminale video. Truly, the piadinas and crescioni were excellent! Made fresh. The ladies were super kind, professional, and friendly! I'll definitely be back!

Giardino Laboratorio del Gusto

12/06/2025: An unexpected surprise. Passing through Lugo we stopped for a quick lunch before returning to Ravenna. The choice fell on Giardino Laboratorio del Gusto for its proximity and closing time (many restaurants close at 2:00 pm). The menu read on the web was interesting but could also have been a disaster given the mix of traditional and modern dishes, but we wanted to risk it. The environment is modern and welcoming. We opted for two first courses: I Farfalle Big Gym and my wife Paccheri Pistacchio both TOP🔝. Courteous and accurate service. It deserves to be tried again, but this time with more time available. Congratulations!
11/05/2025: Very elegant place, very good food. Hospitality and excellent service, dishes that are beautiful to look at and excellent to taste
