Excellent food with various proposals of appetizers, first courses (homemade) and delicious second courses. A Romagna cuisine revisited in a modern key. Fabulous cellar. Impeccable service.

Absolutely my favorite place in Italy so far. Found it in the Michelin Guide. Super authentic. Google Translate can help, but it only makes the authentic Italian experience better.

Osteria with delicatessen counter selling excellent quality cured meats, cheeses and delicacies. The kitchen also offers dishes cooked with care and imagination. The menu varies often and is not "kilometric". The staff is very attentive and the sommelier knows his stuff and is a good prompter. Tonight I had dinner as a couple and we had cappelletti with butter and nutmeg, a carpaccio of raw Moretti artichokes, a salad of mixed raw and cooked vegetables with broad beans and a portion of "Spanish Assassina", a kind of bresaola, very good. Before we left we purchased some French cheese to take home. When I go to Faenza, the Baita is a must.

Ieri per Cena siamo in 6 Locali con un suo fascino 9 Cantina beh nulla di nuovo 9++ Prezzi vini 9++ Prezzi portate 8++ Servizio 7+++ Qualità delle portate affettati e formaggi 9+ altri piatti 7 + Ottima Cena voto generale 8++ !! Assolutamente consigliato! A presto Renato ed Elena

Innanzitutto conviene prenotare in anticipo. Abbiamo fatto fatica a trovare posto il martedì sera. Abbiamo preso un tagliere di salumi ed uno di formaggi, uno più buono dell'altro. Per il vino, dato che mi piace sperimentare, ci siamo lasciati consigliare ed abbiamo preso 2 calici di pinot grigio di provenienza tedesca, veramente eccezionale. Prezzi corretti in rapporto all'ottima qualità di cibo e vino

Oh well I've been going to the hut for years and for me, but not only for me, it's the best in Faenza, in particular the wine and gastronomy are unbeatable... and dessert... peaches forever!

27/06/2025: We spent a relaxing week here and we were thrilled. Excellent cuisine, delicious breakfast, quiet and well-kept environment, clean and functional rooms, swimming pool surrounded by greenery. The beach service was also excellent. Even the dog really appreciated the hospitality 😊
