Authentic, delicious food, great service and pleasant surroundings. We avoided the donkey meat on the menu and everything was just perfect, including the Yantra Sette Cieli wine, quite a discovery!

At lunchtime, there were traffic jams on the highway, so we went out for a bite. We looked for a place for lunch and opted for La Baita, and it was wonderful to discover this Osteria with a delicatessen, where you can still feel the thrill of entering an old-fashioned shop, where the aroma of cured meats and excellent cheeses whets your appetite.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very courteous, the place was enchanting, and the food was made with passion, without skimping on portions or quality. In short, if you find yourself on that stretch of highway or in the area, you absolutely must try this experience; it will certainly be a memory for your heart and palate.

A great experience at this restaurant with a group of friends. The concept of both a food shop and a restaurant is very appealing, where the cured meats and cheeses on the counters can be enjoyed on the spot, along with various first and second courses à la carte, which change regularly based on seasonal availability. The cheeses are both local and from other parts of Italy and abroad, and those we tasted are of the highest quality, as are the cured meats. The dining room, surrounded by shelves of wine, is very attractive, and the selection is also varied, catering for all tastes and budgets. The prices are fair for the quality of the food, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is lovely. I will definitely be back.

Assaggiato un uovo cbt con asparagi e la lingua tonnata.
Per dolce un ottima ricotta con agrumi e scaglie di cioccolato.
Una discreta cantina e dei buoni consigli ricevuti sul vino.
